My moon is in aries.Mars, my moon's depositor, is in Virgo. i feel i can relate to virgo moon. especialyl since my mother has strong virgo in her chart, and my grandmother is a virgo too. virgo is strong in my family on my mothers side. perhaps its the fact i have mars and mercury in virgo but i feel i can relate to the placement of moon in virgo. e.g. here: http://astrology.about.com/od/moonsigns/p/VirgoMoon.htm i relate to alot of it, even the parental role in relationships mentioned in the last paragraph. where is your depositor? what sign is it in? what aspects does it make? do we feel aspects to our moons depositor also colour our moon signs energy with other signs? Nicki,if your Moon in leo squares your Sun, that must make your moon VERY Leo/Solar/Sun like. but your scorpio side must be strong too, i think i see both in you. it must be hard to tell since you ARE a scorpio sun, but do you think you can relate to Scorpio-moon as a placement? i encourage you to check out some descriptions for that placement.

i dont think i relate to scorpio moon at all...i do tend to be a little "attention grabbing" but mostly at home or among close friends and when i'm around other fire signs its like a power struggle for the spot light...but i am mostly shy, i couldnt get up to do karaoke unless i was with a fire sign to push me..and stayed up there with me LOLOL ------------------ put your foot down once, not stomp it over and over IP: Logged |

Yes, he IS....on topic. Moon in Sagittarius, Jupiter in Leo trine Moon. hmm, I dunno. Leo is confident. I sometimes cower. Moon in Leo, on the negative, has a sense of entitlement & is almost always looking to be helped-out. I'm self sufficient, and view help as an obligation to the repaid later on. I really don't know how to read Moon depositor in Leo. Perhaps I was more Leo like in my childhood/pre-socialized/adolescent days. dunno My dad is a Leo. Although I didn't really know him until I was 13, lived with my mom til then. He was the nurturing parent. We had our issues, but at some point the voice in my head had an epiphany; ah, so this is what its like to have a parent. IP: Logged |

Moon is in Capricorn Saturn, Moon's dispositor, is in LibraI have Moon conjunct Venus, plus an angular Venus, plus 3 Libra planets, it's hard to distinguish the dispositorship here since the Venusian influence is so strong. Plus everything in my chart leads back to the mutual reception of "Venus in Capricorn & Saturn in Libra" With the Moon conjunct Venus, I pick up a fair amount of Moon in Taurus and Libra relationships/friendships. Also 2nd house Moons. IP: Logged |

Hmmm, I've wondered the same. I've got Pisces Moon and Neptune is in Capricorn in the 1st house. I must say that the house placement of the Moon seems more prominent to me than the Planetary Dispositor. Natal Moon is located in the 3rd house, boy can I talk, and its square Jupiter in Gemini, just adding more Gemini qualities to my lunar nature. IP: Logged |

Hey I have a question about this.. My Moon (actually sun, moon, merc) sextile Uranus and Sextile Satrun Does that mean Im more Aqua/Cap influence rather than Leo, because that would explain some things? IP: Logged |

know whats funny? my leo moon is in the 3rd house, gemini asc, mercury singleton in sag conjunct my scorpio sun...i am not that much of a talker, nor do i like to be the center of attention...i would have to be very close friends with you in order for me to really come out and even then i embarrass very easily ------------------ put your foot down once, not stomp it over and over IP: Logged |

Talking is almost therapeutic when you have a 3rd house Moon. But only to those that you are close to. I have a hard time talking to complete strangers, but once I get to know someone, the chatter-box begins. IP: Logged |

This is a tricky question for me. My moon is in pisces. The dispositor is neptune. Neptune is in capricorn. Disposed by saturn in scorpio, disposed in turn by pluto in scorpio. I visit the underworld alot in my dreams, I feel this to be true yes. My dreams instill in me transformational powers. It's why it's tough for me to be stable sometimes when it comes to human relations. I feel that intuitin, emotion, and inner core, passive aspect for men or the moon in other words is definately influenced by the dispositor of the sign and house. In this way a person becomes infinitely complex, as there is untangable amount of connection. AS you move from primary influences, to secondary, to tertiary, the vibrational force so to speak, of each one is less apparent and more subtle. IP: Logged |

lech remembe ri said you reminded me of my brother? I think that was youhis moon is in aries too, and he has jupiter right about where you do. With your moon ruled by mars in virgo, your moon will most likely aquire these trais over a base of aries...think a pyramid...the pyrmid is infinite i believe, but have not tested. So at the bottom you have aries energy the widest, and the foundation, then over it you have virgo energy, because mars has stacked the bricks. Mars is disposed by mercury, so then the third is that... but i would focus only on the first two if not only on the first. But certainly this shall be true. IP: Logged |

mine's mercury in Cancer, and I already have a whole stellium there so go figure. Its opposed by Neptune, trined by pluto, and sextiles my moon too. My moon and mercury are actually in mutual reception, now that I think of it....AND they make aspects to the same planets. I'm alot more moody than the average Virgo Moon, which is in the 8th and conjunct lilith. But my chart is pretty dominated by water; even if the planets are fire or earth, they're in a water house. Actually I think Virgo Moons can be quite moody. Especially if they have any Cancer in their chart, which you do. My Mom have Virgo Moon conjunct her Virgo ASC. and she seems so Cancerian to me sometimes, plus she has Cancer Venus and Mars. IP: Logged |

letram, I have the same moon and dispositor as you, and I don't really relate to Virgo moon. I mean I have a heavy Virgo influence on my chart, but my moon certainly isn't in the sign - it maybe helps to control the Aries moon, I'm not overly explosive. IP: Logged |

Moon conjunct Ascendant would make anyone appear Cancerian..LOL. But I see what you mean: I think someone mentioned that all mutable mooners are temperamental, in a restless sort of way. I am strongly inclined to agree since my immediate sibling has a gemini moon and we're always about to strangle eachother over our fickle moods. It doesn't really help that we're both water suns too!
