Lonake,In addition to what you have already stated, I'd also check for 9th house stressors, Mars-Saturn or Mars-Pluto type transits and Solar Arcs because those suggest military/police activity. What's going on with Libra or Sagittarius house cusps and rulers. Those are just some suggestions without being able to see the chart, but I know you're skilled enough to check this stuff out. I hope everything is OK with you and yours. P.S. Also, in Mundane Astrology the 6th House rules law enforcement. Thought I'd mention that just in case it shows up somehow. ------------------

My dad was arrested at his house last week, I was trying to figure out his transits as well, and didn't see anything obvious. But it could just be the solar eclipse as well. IP: Logged |

Oh wait, T. Neptune has been transiting his 12th house for quite some and he has Pisces ASC. and natal Neptune is located in the 8th house, maybe that is it? IP: Logged |

Hmm Neptune in 8th cannot try to hide in matters of taxes or defrauding others they will get caught, tricky placement, was it an arrest with merit?.....also asc ruler transiting the 12th his secrets ferreted out by someone else? or is someone telling lies about him? Also what is saturn doing to his chart, also h12 ruler & what Geocosmic said. Oh you can post it too.

Lonake look this birthday up.Dec. 28, 1984 2:44pm Chicago IL for the date Dec. 25, 2010 And you'll have the exact transits your looking for. I believe it's pluto conjunct sun, if pluto is in the 6th house, the sign on the fourth is leo, among other things. Good luck. IP: Logged |

He was arrested for no reason. He was trying to calm down his wife who was having a panic attack and screaming and the cops were called and they determined he was the agressor, even though they weren't fighting. Now my he is divorcing his wife, asap.

Vertiver,I see the trigger and possible suggestion of the arrest (and decision for divorce) as: Transiting Uranus opposite natal Uranus. Uranus rules his 12th House of confinement/incarceration. Because his natal Uranus is in the 7th House of the spouse/marriage it also suggests a description of his wife, Uranus rules panic-type mental illness/insanity-lack of control and it is incredibly common for couples to break up, separate or divorce during their Uranus opposition which occurs around age 40 to 41. ------------------

I was arrested at home on December 30. Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Pluto were transiting my Sixth House. I was arrested in my vehicle on November 7. I have the time of both arrests. I had attributed it to transiting Jupiter conjunct my natal Midheaven. IP: Logged |

Hard to take, that one.
The 1st thing I saw was Solar Arc Pluto conj progressed Venus in the 8th.
(there's implied manipulation here, right?)Hope he makes it out on the other side OK, I hear divorces can be a battle. Wow, transit Saturn (in Libra of all signs) is going over his solar arc Mercury, then Venus, then Jupiter, then natal Mercury.
How interesting. He has progressed Venus @ 21 Libra, that's Saturn's exaltation degree.
