I've also always used 3 pm when looking at his chart. I run a site dedicated to the Kennedys, unfortunately I've never actually seen his birth certificate or an official time for his birth.

No minutes, but the chart has been thoroughly tested by every event possible that happened in his life and the angles and Moon both yield real time results. The chart is correct.

Agreed, there are legitimate times for both Jacqueline (2:30pm), Bobby (3:11pm), and Teddy (3:58pm) as well.

Just pure interest! Getting interested in the beauty and evolution of RFK's life really helped me out through one of the roughest times in my life, and eventually the interest in him began to spread throughout the rest of his family, and a hunt for knowledge began.
