Doing some research on Uranus and would like to get some feedback on few things like...How strongly does this play in your life? i.e what are your Uranus themes? In what ways does it affect you, and astrologically speaking, why/how? IP: Logged |

this is a funny coincidence! I recently got involved with someone who has Uranus in the first, conjunct his Sun, Mercury, and Venus. He's such an oddball...I'd be curious to hear other people's experiences with a Uranus in the first placement or even tied to the Sun...like what is going on in your head??I have a pretty strong Uranus too but mine is conjunct my Venus at my MC- but still in the 9th. It's also my Sun/Moon midpoint. It plays out pretty strongly in all my relationships. I like weirdos (see above) and kind of have erratic relationship habits, I require a lot of freedom and distance but I do hold my relationships up to a very high ideal, especially on the basis of friendship (even in romantic relationships). I also notice I tend to turn to Uranus when it comes to how I want to come off- style of dress, mannerisms, etc. IP: Logged |

I Think fast,speak little. I don't explain myself. Visual mind=metaphorical. I don't post much on forum,i am thinking adding in signature 'along the post,read my mind as well'
My uranus is also out of bounds,or as i like to put it boundaries
My energy is nervous:i can go miles if it's needed;if i don't feel like it,no reason in the world would change my mind. Power of will,i guess. I adore travelling. I like extreme sports=excitement seeker. I am not conventional in any sense.

Well,Linda,to me, Uranus was VERY good.I have one aspect only,an easy and beneficial one.
Uranus is in the 9th house conjunct Jupiter.
That is it lolMy mother was the worst of Uranian energy.She would rebel at anything,just to rebel.
Her Uranus functioned at a low level.
Someone like Randall has Venus and Mars in Aqua.
His Uranus functions at a high level.
Uranus needs to be channeled,as you said, fa sure lol ------------------

i've always avoided to look at my Uranus... it's in my Scorpio 11th house. it's the only planet in Scorpio and also in the 11th house. it's square my Leo Mars, inconjunct Aries Moon.coupled with the Neptune at my AC, i give people weird/weary impressions. the nice one being "you're mysterious", then bad one being "we don't know what to do with her so we leave her out". it's one planet that really baffles me. the other one is my Chiron in 5th, but it's part of a Kite and it has something to do with the fact i'm an artist. i don't know if i love my Uranus or hate it. my feeling for him is pretty much, "ok you are there and you're alright, see ya later...?" *edited to add*
one reason it makes me feel weary is because i am heavily Sagittarius. i think i'm so open and friendly, but people get the different impression... i feel so totally normal and people see me as an eccentric. it's pretty annoying. IP: Logged |

He wanted to marry and have kids and lead a "normal life" and to me the very idea of formalizing our ties (at the very least in his case) was rather insulting at that point; esp. after we lived for 6 years, why would I run away from him had we continued that way? As a matter of fact, I ran away from him only because of this whole issue of marriage. I don't like giving marriage that undue weightage where it is not necessary. That's just me. Besides he cheated on me and had an affair and had the nerve to expect a "normal relationship" from me. Now why would I budge in that case? Second guy(older than me by nearly 17 years)

i am a pisces sun with a very difficult combo of 3 tsquares involving a close conj of jup, mars and merc in aqua all closely opposed uranus in leo, all closely squared my taurus moon and (also closely touching my scorp asc.)uranus is always with me. since my baby feet hit the earth nearly 49 years ago, i have had a life of hurdles. i live by expect the unexpected, live for the moment... yea, uranus, ya gotta love him! i sure do! t IP: Logged |
