Well? What experience? Did you try to act like the NN sign and it went terribly awry? You might as well share if you're going to open up the topic.

In any case, I agree that you shouldn't try to act like the NN sign. Interestingly my NN sign is Gemini, and, in the past I have intensely disliked Geminis, and would never have cared to emulate them at all. However, in recent years I seem to have become a Gemini magnet and they flock to me for no good reason. I assume this has to do with the fact that they are teaching me something to do with my NN. Also, I have learned to appreciate them more, as I have met more upstanding Geminis recently than I have in the past.

I think I trade off with the Geminis on the positive qualities of Gemini at least. I can be a good listener and communicator, and I do find myself sometimes scattered while in conversation, jumping from topic to topic which I find to be a Gemini-like trait.

The negative qualities seem to be more projected outwards- While I am sometimes flaky, I am definitely not superficial, I do not change my mind often once I have made a decision, and I do not lie for the hell of it. Lying is the Gemini trait that bothers me the most. Neptune sits on my south node in Sadge, so I have a very high code of honor when it comes to telling the truth.

That's why I'm trying to figure out WHAT exactly I am supposed to be learning with relation to the NN. Clearly, becoming a good liar is probably NOT what I'm supposed to be doing. Blending the analytical with relationships also seems counter-intuitive to me since I have Venus in Virgo retrograde and so my mind is already way too far into my relationships as it is...

Since Neptune does sit on my South Node in Sagittarius, and I have been known to idealize relationships and the people that I have relationships with, I think the lesson is that I need to be more casual and detached (like Gemini)- get a little more info about who I'm with before jumping in and also I need to stop treating every relationship I have like it is the end all be all or some high and mighty spiritual lesson. I don't know...
