I've read it on a few websites. That a Scorpio, or perhaps one with Scorpio and Pluto placements, could very well "will" someone into their lives.

How true could it be?

As I read that line, I came to interpret it as one falling so obsessively in line with that Scorpionic gaze, that we begin to become the kind of partner we assume that a particular Scorpio would want us to be just because we're so hypnotized and suddenly want to please them. I guess I can kind of relate to being a supposed "victim" of that. Truthfully, I feel like a better person at the end of that imposed transformation. It made me realize a lot of my character flaws as a whole, and wasn't necessarily done out of appeasement or co-dependency in the end.

Yeap, it happened to me, and I'm pretty scorpionic myself. There's a boy my age, scorpio asc, sun trine pluto, who was/is in love with me for quite some time now, I swear he "materialized" me in some bar where he just happened to be, because it was something he desired so badly... That was a few years ago, recently we tried to have a relationship, but, um, I have taurus moon, so that didn't work out as planned

I don't think it's a "talent" exclusive to Scorpios; it's available to everyone who acknowledges it and knows how to use it.

It's just that Scorps (and Pluto-heavy people) have easier access to this "skill" because they are inclined to have strong or well-developed powers of concentration or focus, which is a very important ingredient in manifesting. Anyone who puts determination, intensity and obsessiveness to good use can really will anything into existence.

However, the words "to will into existence" is not exactly right. I believe that the person/thing/event/whatever that is desired already exists, and that all a person has to do to manifest this object of desire is to be in complete vibrational alignment with it. When his feelings, thoughts, beliefs, expectations and actions are lined up in such a way that he is a perfect match to that which he desires, the universe then delivers it to him.

You should not call yourself a "victim". It's possible that you needed to learn something about yourself or about life and that the best teacher for that lesson was a Scorpio. And I guess we can say that you subconsciously willed that person into your life for that specific purpose.

I was actually not looking at the time for anyone,I was trying to get over some one prior to Scorpio. If anything, i thought maybe he was the one who needed it.

He's really not helping me learn anything. If anything, I'm more confused than ever. And I hate that.

Deux, I agree with you, I also believe that plutonians have easier access to manifestation. However, it is possible to override someone's free will, it comes with terrible karmic consequences, but it is possible. I read a book some time ago about the law of attraction, and it was explained there that you can manifest everything, but that most people interpreted it selfishly, when in fact you should always add "...if it's for the greater good of everyone involved". I just hope I paid my dues for something similar that I did when I was young and stupid

I have Pluto conjunct the ASC and it seems to give me some really good manifestation abilities.

I have willed people into my life. It wasn't too hard. All I did was think about them and focus on the thought and then they usually contact me, or I just end up running into them somewhere on the street.

Free will is very important. What Maira's last post said is very true. Overriding peoples' free will can come with very disastrous karmic consequences. Everything should be done for the higher good without selfish motivations.

I think that comes from the fact that Scorpio peopole are very powerful, mysterious and secretive and they attract people with those qualities. People seem to like them for the loyalty and trust they could offer and for the intense relationships they form with the people around them.

I am a Taurus but I have Saturn in Scorpio which I am not entirely sure what it means but many of my friends are Scorpio sun and we seem to get on well pretty well. I think that no one can really force someone in their life but with Scorpio people is more like they are very deep and emotional and they are masterful in dealing with matters in a relation to feelings so they uncosciously attract the others in their life and the others in turn are glad to be there. I do not know if that makes any sense but I have feeling that Scorpio people attract the others in some mystewrious way.

If, like you say, you are not really learning anything from the Scorpio, then it's possible that your lesson has to do with men and relationships in general. And maybe your lesson is a continuing one, possibly something that the person before the Scorpio was supposed to have taught you, and because you have not absorbed the lesson yet, then the Scorpio came to reinforce it. You see, the universe will bring us the same situations, the same kind of people and the same experiences again and again until we finally get the lesson. Sometimes, the lesson is not readily visible and clear. So you have to ask your Higher Self, your guides or God or whatever you believe in to make it clearer for you and to help you understand things better.

Ok, I searched for your thread about the Scorpio and now understand why you're confused. I know what he is teaching you, but I won't tell you because I don't want to deprive you of the learning experience.
