As to how it feels. Sag moon in general is a wonderful placement to have. As a child I would be really noisy and run around everywhere. Even as a kid I had a really cheeky sense of humour and a cheeky smile that stopped the adults from throttling me. I've also got that Sag "hello foot meet mouth" syndrome because my mouth is 5 seconds before my brain.

I have really nice philosophical nature about me which I love. I feel this was deepened with the pluto transit to my moon.

I love the mutual reception with Jupiter, I has been kind of a protection to the moon.
Now for the sucky bits...

I am very emotionally sensitive. I think my sun in Pisces doesn't absolotely nothing to help this. I get easily offended. somebody (whom I rather hated) at school decribed me to my friend as "If you poke everybody else they feel a poke, but when you poke her she feels like she's being pushed over".

My Dad always used to bully me and make fun of me. He would say that he was trying to "toughen me up" because that was the way that men acted. It did nothing, but it numbed my moon. I had to hide away to hide from the emotional, psychological and spiritual abuse I was subject to. This is where the mutual reception comes in. Nobody can tell Jupiter rx what to believe in. I have it ruling my 2nd. I have to take my beliefs from inside me and feel them , and with my father I just could never do all the philosophising I need to do for me to be balanced without being told I was wrong.
I have Chiron rx in Cancer too but it doesn't aspect Jupiter or the moon,

My mother, I love dearly and am deeply indebted to her on so many levels. However, the unaspected moon meant we were never completely emotionally attached. She gave me what I needed and taught me how to look after myself on my own so she wouldn't have to. She loves me but we drive each other mad if we live together.

When I get all emotional, I can separate the emotion from the logic, like I know that it makes no sense to feel a certain way but no matter what I do I can't stop the feelings.

My Cancer moon has one conjunction to Mars(7 degrees).
Most astrologers call it aspected.Some don't ,though.
I suppose it it.
I can relate to much of what they say of unaspected moons,though.
You feel too raw to live in this world.
Is that how you feel?

Angler, we share an un-aspected Sagittarius Moon, and a Water sun (Cancer for me).

You described many aspects of my teens (a most uncomfortable time). I read that an un-aspected Moon is supposed to mean that your Moon energies are solidified and STRONGER, ie not influenced by other planets, but perhaps this is just one person's view and truth is the opposite.

A Sag moon, ultimately, is a blessing for a water sign, the ability to bounce back emotionally manifests itself incredibly, especially as you get older. Trouble is, all of Sag's philosophies can manifest as negative philosophies when you're a Pisces. Ugh, I can smell the emotions.

BUT! We must be optimistic! (Hehe, no pun intended). Your self-awareness is gold, in terms of learning to stop resisting the conflict and moving towards acceptance.

I don't know about you, but I turned into a massive rebel against my own crippled emotions after about the age of 24/25 (I'm 27 now). Everytime I feel that shithouse to my bones about who I am and the pain I feel, I literally send out a massive f*** you to the demon that's possessed me, because I KNOW FOR A FACT it's not who I am, and it's not who you are.

Un-aspected Moon - MY INTERPRETATION would be that there are no excuses, no influences, this is your lesson and you are to master it un-interrupted. Whatever your Moon placement and house is, focus on it, this is the energy to really channel.

Ultimately, you ARE lucky.

I have Merc in Aqua as my only air planet, it makes a seven deegee sqaure to pluto and is conjunct my IC (4deg) and P.Fort/Karma (3deg). So I have two elemental singletons.

It's funny you mention Louis Pasteur. He has tons of Capricorn like me, an Aqua NN and and unaspected moon like me and I'm a microbiology major.
