For being so similar, they are still quite different.
Starting with Mars, remember Mars shows how you act out your Sun Sign
#1 has Mars in Libra and
#2 has Mars in Aries
so you could say they are opposite in how they act out their Scorpio Suns.

#2 should be more assertive (unless the Asc. modifies it)

is this a comparison?
