I need help looking at the synastry between myself and this leo guy! I just met him last night...how do I do a first meeting chart?? Will it work w/out his time of birth. Thanks!

The 1st meeting chart is just a regular chart, add it as an event, with the date time and place of the meeting. No need for anyone's birth time.

Hard to see too much of his without his t.o.b.,
You have Dsc Pisces, empty,
Ruler Neptune is in the 4th, Sadge, opp your Sun
Sun in your chart will also stand for the male, so you work at cross purposes over idealizing and then maybe being deceived.
He definitely has a Pisces Moon so he fits into the Neptunian dynamic in that realm.
He has Venus sq Neptune so he's also about getting lost in that romantic dream and prone to being deceived, that's also an aspect that can account for not seeing one's self realistically.

So it sounds like Neptune is rose colored glasses...not showing you the truth. That's no fun because what Lonake described sounds pretty accurate...I did see him as the total package. I'm normally turned off by something by men, but him I loved everything about him. Thanks Neptune lol

Plus Neptune rules unconditional love, what's so bad about that?

Oh wow! Yeah characters are a nice way of putting it lol.
I guess it doesn't sound all that bad but I felt something before I went out that night like I was going to meet someone significant...and I didn't even want to go out, my friend was begging me. There are alot of little coincidences that happened so it just felt so fated but who knows!! Usually when you meet guys at bars, they are after one thing but he was SUCH a gentleman!!! Love that cause these days its rare lol!!
