I've been following the Moon's passage for years now, and I do notice MAJOR events when there's an eclipse (Solar or Lunar), and sometimes I think maybe events cluster around a full or new moon.

But honestly, I don't really feel the Moon shift from sign to sign. I don't think. Do you?

Other transits I really feel strongly and forcefully--Mars, for example. Whenever I've fallen in lust/love (the same for fire people), Mars has been transiting my seventh.

I do, but I'm a Cancer so that's a given.

I have Moon-Saturn and Venus in Cancer though, and my chart ruler (Saturn) is conjunct my Moon...so I would think if Cancer makes you feel it, I would.

Definitely, during a Full Moon. All the crazy emotional stuff happens on those days. Like I'd go back and read my horoscope for that day and it turns out to be true. I might feel it more because the Moon is my chart ruler.

Well I don't know about you, but I know if I'm feeling restless and bored the moon is usually in Sag or another mutable sign, if I'm feeling avaricious its in Tauro, if I'm feeling extra paycho-empath-moody then its in cancer/pisces and/or a full moon, if I'm feeling extra moody AND psychic...its in Scorpio. I can always guess the change in the moon from the change in mood.

My cycle (kinda) goes with the Moon.

I have *odd* times when the Moon is either in Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio or Capricorn. Capricorn moon is AWFUL.
Good times: Moon in Aqua or Sadge (particularly good: no idea why at all), Moon in Gem, Moon in Leo.
Moon in Aries or Pisces is good SOMETIMES.

I keep expecting to feel that, Benedict Moon. (Me and my Cancer Moon-Saturn-Venus feel extra psycho-empath-moody 24/7 though, lol).

But actually I only really feel Full Moons, and the feeling isn't flavored by the Moon's sign...and I feel eclipses. In the case of eclipses, the sign/house it falls in will be unmistakable. Not so much with a non-eclipse Full Moon.

I don't seem to feel non-eclipse, non-full moon Moon transits at all.

Maybe you should keep track of the moon changes and see how you feel when it changes signs? It might be more stuble for you. Or perhaps your leo is stronger? I mean, saturn in Cancer seems to inhibit cancerian things since its in detriment.

I've been reading Anne Ortelee's column and keeping track of moon sign changes daily for about 2 years. That's what got me wondering about this...because I imagined I would feel it.

I bet you're right about Saturn Cancer inhibiting my Moon connection. That Saturn is strong in my chart (my chart ruler). Also maybe Moon energy is more subtle/internal/mood-related than, say, Mars energy? (Which I feel a lot, even though I have a meh Virgo Mars and no Aries.) Events that happen in my life seem to correspond exactly and predictably to Mars in my houses.

tMoon in Virgo is the time when my "guardian Angels" communicate/grant wishes and send me "things"

So I've come to accept events occurring during this phase as fated.

I have Virgo rising.
