Planets in Solar Return 12th house alone don't mean some disaster.
The fact here is that you have planets in Natal 12th (diagnosis and chronic diseases) and in 6th (illness).

Your Solar Return ASC, Taurus and the ruler, Venus in 12th: you can feel a bit lonely, the next SR.
The Sun close to the ASC and well aspected: you can shine in some way. Here Sun comes from SR 5th house, house of romances and children.
Your Moon in 11th SR house, there will be some changes in relation of your friends or some kind of community.
In Solar Return you have Saturn in 6th in opposition with planets in 12th: on your place I would start immediately with some kind of medical examinations.

In your case (Natal Chart) are two parts of body very sensitive: thyroid and the neck (ASC, Sun, Venus and Chiron in Taurus) and your kidneys (cusp of your 6th in Libra and Pluto there). Remember, that kidney doesn't heart. When it hearts in that case is too late.
All this is only prevention.

Natal Chart:
Ruler of your 8th, Jupiter in good aspect with the Sun as also the Moon, ruler of 4th in 8th trine Saturn: you will have long life. So, don't be afraid to go and look all that.
