If Person A's Venus is trine Person B's Chiron by a 0 degree orb, who is more likely to feel this linkage?

In this instance, Person A also has Venus trine Mars by a 0 degree orb, and Person B's Chiron forms a trine with this aspect.

Person A feels more in harmony about sex and love but also chiron will triggs through venus and mars. How chiron will affect it shows what kind of aspect he/her have to the other in natal from chiron.
