That's a possibility.
It's a fact that it is difficult to discern facial dissimilarities among people who are outside of your ethnicity.
Hence that popular phrasing "they all look alike"

But them again his mouth and the set of his lower jaw is one I've seen in a few Lunar Arians, well some Aries Suns too,
and his build seemed solid so I chose Taurus
and then Pisces for the eyes.
