I think I do get emotional when it comes to romance.. I love having romances, flings..
When it gets serious, is when I seem to just loose all the emotions, then I start feeling trapped, or stuck.

Cancer describes me best.. but my Venus is also in Cancer.

Too much Cap is too much for me.. I get along better with Cancer, but after a while I feel that they are too emotional, and I feel the need to pull away.

Cap.. Men I usually dont get along with, but I do like the Cap Venus.

Im comfortable with Saturn.. I comfortable with responsible, I actually prefer it.

I would say both..
Cancer in my personal life, Cap in my business life.. BUT I dont make friends easily either.

I would say I have this balanced I do both..
I could never be a stay at home mom, though..

Tough choice, they'd both apply equally, just at different times, like any other factor in my chart, sometimes more noticeable than at other points.

Yes, for mine it's Venus, so it would be Taurus and Libra

Yes

Both. NN a bit stronger, maybe you could also factor in that I know a lot of people with planets conj my NN, not as many conj my SN

Ooooohhh, yes I used to hate the NN qualities and people with that sign strong, now I can see what we have in common and their good points

Well I like people with my NN sign, the only thing is I do things inadvertently that upset them, that they tell me about later. I could do without the clinginess. The SN sign I don't know many people with a predominance there. But I do kinda feel like they're old news, been there done that, this is just with those who have their Sun there, not with the other placements.

More lasting for me have been NN connections...and yes m'dear I would like both to be honest!

My SN is in Gem in the 8th house. I am comfortable with Gem and comfortable with the 8th house.

My NN is in Sag in the 2nd house. I am scared to death of the material world and of travel

- It's a close tie, but I'm moving towards the Scorpio side of the axis. Since my IC is in Scorpio, it's more like digging and dusting off the artifacts.

She'll try to conceal her anger towards me, and then it'll come as a complete surprise when I do something to anger her AGAIN, and she'll say, I haven't forgotten nor forgiven, I don't know how you can pretend it's all past you...

- NN in the 3rd house - Gemini. I've always had a thing for quick-wittedness, writing/communicating ideas. My Mercury's in Gemini anyway, so it's inborn.

- From this point on, NN. Way back when, SN, as I was always the quiet, passive one in public - which I hated being, because I would catch myself and be like, Hey, where did the loud, opinionated chatterbox go?

- All of a sudden, actually. I couldn't take it anymore. It exploded.

- Most of my best friends have been Taurus' and Sag's (SN in Taurus, in the 9th), and they've all broken off after a while. They go from 60 MPH down to being motionless and invisible.

- SN connections: several Sag best friends. NN connection: my mother. My Mars in Leo conjuncts her North Node in Leo. It gives me a reason to lash out at her, it's for the sake of learning and teaching...

Yes, yes, yes.

Hmmm, its really hard to say since my Virgo Moon is aspected by NEPTUNE of all planets. They're both intertwined, fortunately or unfortunately for me.

That would be Gemini and Sag for me. I love to read and I've always wanted to travel to lots of places. I tend to get bored very easily if I'm stuck in some place stagnant. I have that terrible Gemini habit of skimming over things and picking out what I think is important instead of reading everything carefully. That's resulted in missed appointments, burnt food, and p%ssed off teachers. I can def relate more to the Gemini influence than Sag since Gemini's my Venus sign. I get along with people of both these signs, but too much Jupiter in another person gets irritating.

Its been a progressive thing over time. I've learned to become less and less judgemental of people over time. I've also become more spiritual than religious, though I do still attend some functions with family (cancer still clinging to roots I guess). I still think I need to learn to trust my intuition over my logic, because I still cling to the latter sometimes and it screws me over..alot.

6. How well do you get along with people who have a predominance in either your NN or SN signs? If you care to elaborate… how do these relationships differ?

Pretty well with Pisces, as long as they have some sort of fixed or cardinal influence...like a Scorpio Moon. I may be 50% mutable but I'm not crazy about unreliability and wishy-washy behavior. Virgo I'm cool with as long as they're not trying to make me into their little assistant or back-up. My mom's a Virgo too, with her sun conjunct my SN interestingly enough...we're really close.

7. Are relationships with NN connections or ones with SN connections more likely to last? Alternatively - do you find that you need a bit of both worlds in your partner?

I haven't had that experience yet tbh. I met one guy who had a 3 planets over my NN but we were passing-ships unfortunately. Too bad though, because I really liked him.

Nothing that stands out to me other than my Neptune squaring my ex's Venus and my sudden attraction to other cancers two years ago. My mother's mars and Jupiter conjuncts my Mercury, but that may be the reason we get into arguments...haha.

my nn is in aquarius, my sn in leo conjuncts my sun by 1-2 orb.

i feel i related to my leo/sun energy more nad more when iw as younger, now i feel i relate to my NN alot more, a significant amount.

it also felt like a much more intellectual way of being.

which i think my virgo plaacements (mars - mercury) and 3rd house venus and mercury, were attracted to.

my sun is conjunct my sn, but.. it trines Uranus, the ruler of my 7th, and the planet taht rules the sign of my nn (my nn is in my 7th)

Well I come across as my rising sign Gemini, And the 2nd most comon thing I come across as is Leo and/or Virgo. So it looks like the Leo is pressant in my personality, where I also have my IC. And people don't really guess Aquarius from just looking at me, I even have Mars, and Midheaven here.

Ahhh, this one is hard I find them both to be important and part of who I am. I do like attention and praise but I love working in groups. And I do have an ego, but I can be modest and humble at times too.

I tend to instantly like people with these Sun signs. My mom is a Leo, and we are pretty close. But I end up respecting guys more with Leo suns more than Aqua suns, I tryed dating some aqua suns but we could never be on the same page. I don't have problems with Aqua sun girls, but I can have issues with Leo girls though. And I have been atracting guys with Leo mars lately. One the first dude is my friend's younger brother, and he is just like any other guy. But then this other guy is just amazing and so different from anyone I've ever dated and a gentlemen.

NN is in same sign as my Sun. At least somewhat present. As significant? Not sure.

Some of them. Not totally. Scorpios can be over-intense at times, which I don't relate with. I may be capable of such over-intensity myself, but I still don't relate.

Not sure. You're always in the middle of these points, so the impact should be fairly stable. The SN liability, if we call it that, may be dealt with better over time with maturity.

Not in my experience. I liked Jan Spiller's work on this, but learning it didn't cause a massive shift in itself. It was just more things to contemplate, and perhaps incorporate.

That's what I am. I enjoy family functions, but otherwise I stay removed from my family. That's not a matter of career, but rather a matter of cutting off family influence in my life. I don't want to be overly influenced by anyone (save maybe a partner), and families tend to assume a place of influence in family member's lives. It's just that if I start living by someone else's rules I get resentful of it.

With either sign, the relationship can go either way. I think it's best to keep relationships with Cancers and Capricorns semi-superficial. I try to connect on the things I know we have in common, and not allow our natures to become competitive.

Cancers haven't worked out for me. Dating a Capricorn would seem a little incestuous, but it might work out.

I can see/feel the node axis somewhat in my behavior and tastes...I'm naturally very organized and verbal, more mercurial than my Sun/AC would imply, and I think that's the South Node showing. And I'm much happier and more myself when I let go of control and get all adventurous and mystical. That's the NN showing, although I also have Jupiter in Pisces, so acting out that 12th house NN is also acting out my lucky Jupiter.

Ultimately, my Sun (8th house, Leo) completely sums up everything about me, way more than anything else in my chart. My Sun+ASC (8th house Leo/Capricorn, my chart ruler is in my 7th conjunct my Moon) shows what I'm like way more than the nodes.

My Sun described my personality--the nodal axis maps the path I am on.

I guess the NN would be slightly more accurate. But neither is a good description of my personality...they show the activities, thinking styles, and practices I should outgrow and grow into...like I said earlier, Sun shows my personality, nodes show my path.

My nodes aren't conjunct anything.

I get on great with people who have Sun/Moon in the sign of my South Node (Gemini)...my longest relationship was with a Gemini Moon, two people I loved romantically were Gemini Suns, and I have many close Gemini friends. Most of them have a sextile with my Leo Sun-Mercury. I get on okay with Sagittarius Suns (my NN)...I am most romantically attracted to people whose Moon or Jupiter conjunct my Sag NN.

So that would be 6th house=Virgo, 12th house=Pisces. I'm never romantically interested in Pisces or Virgo Suns, but have very very close friends who are Pisces or Virgo. I feel very "at home" with those friends.

Definitely my 12th house NN in Sag...it shows how I need to change and transform.

Yes, I've moved from being very focused on intellectual achievement/achievement in writing to being more receptive and focusing more on spiritual adventures.

People who are heavy Gemini (my SN) are maybe my favorite people in the world! But, depending on the house system you use, although my Gemini SN falls in the 6th house in all systems, Gemini is in my 5th as well as 6th house in Placidus/Koch...so that means lots of the Gems not only sextile my Sun-Mercury, but fall into my 5th house of creativity, romance, and FUN. I am a Leo, so I like nothing better than those things.

Many people I connect with have something in Sag, but I am more drawn to Gemini energy than Sag energy usually.

The relationships where I've felt the Nodes most were when we had SN-NN flipped and conjunct...in both cases, the relationships were very transformational.

I can't find any patterns--I have both short-lived and longer relationships with and without significant contacts between planets and either node.

Yes, very very much...the people I am closest to are people where there are a lot of Mercury (SN) or Jupiter (NN) or Saturn (chart ruler, ASC) contacts...Mars, Venus, Moon contacts are way less important than they're supposed to be.
