He's a Feb 12 Aquarius (moon in Scorpio, venus/mars in Aries, Asc in Taurus). I'm a March 23 Aries (moon in Gemini, venus in Taurus, mars in Capricorn, Asc in Pisces). I'm attracted him and I think he finds me intriguing at the least. We've become friends in the past few months and I want to take a step further, but I don't know how. I'm also worried that I'm moving too fast. He's social, but still really private. We're friends and talk all the time, and hang out a few times/month, but he's nice to everyone. I'm blunt and impatient, but I know this isn't always the best way to go about these things. Thoughts?

His moon is in Scorpio so he is mysterious and tends to hide his inner most feelings.

HOWEVER since he has both mars and venus in aries, he should be the type to chase a girl and make an effort to show them he has interest in them.

So yeah, the scorpio moon side comes in later on when the feelings are alot deeper. Right now, he should be acting more like the aries venus side of himself- if he liked you he would make it clear and obvious.

I'm a fellow Aries with Taurus Venus and Capricorn Mars. I was friends with a Taurus guy - with either Aquarius or Pisces Moon and Venus/Mars in Aries (on my Sun)... I also thought, like you, that it wasn't going anywhere. For about two years it really went nowhere at all... Then he went overseas - came back and suddenly proposed to me, very much out of the blue lol

The irony is that in the mean time I fell in love with someone else... go figure!

Are you absolutely sure that you are blunt and impatient?
Because it sounds like something out of a newspaper-- Aries Sun -- standardised interpretation...

Few people with Capricorn Mars.. and in particular an Aries (since the dispositor of their Sun is Mars) - would be that impatient.. or that blunt..
But you might be an exception.

Capricorn can usually go years without sex and wait for years for a relationship.
Aries Mars is much more sexually *jumpy* -- or should I say *humpy*? lol

I'm not sure if I'm blunt/impatient enough, but I'm definitely an extreme amongst my peers/family. Perhaps a better word would be confrontational <-- something that they've all remarked on me being (not that I mind of course).

LOL @ humpy.

So should I just keep my peace for now? Would it be ridiculous for me to just tell him how I feel? I've been told that scares aware Aquarius because they hate feeling boxed in?

As I said I have a Capricorn Mars myself (but I also have Capricorn Moon).. People complain that I'm too patient lol

You can always back out of it in the next few days (if you get a negative reaction) - and say you were a bit dazed/tired/drunk/'out of it' (pick your own choice of words).. and it meant nothing to you..

But it will ignite his Aries Mars for sure -- If he is interested.. you'll know after that.

My thinking is that maybe he has no clue you are attracted to him. Sometimes men can be very thick - Mainly masculine influenced men with both a masculine Sun and Mars.

I've definitely been told to temper my impatience LOL. And while over time I've somewhat taught myself to breathe instead of getting irritated when things aren't happening as quickly as I want them to be, I still get told that I'm just too impatient. And obviously hearing that makes me only more impatient AND irritated haha.

I'm not sure if anyone's ever told me I was blunt, but another word that is commonly used amongst my friends is tactless. Which I find more hilarious than insulting.

I get things said about me along the lines of:

About yours truly -- Aries Mars is indeed proactive and confident. He should technically be making a move by now..
BUT your Sun is not too far off his Mars... so he would feel its influence.
It's easy for an Aries Mars person to feel a bit upstaged or threatened by an Aries Sun person. Maybe he has you on such a pedestal mentally that he doesn't think you could be into him at all.. so he is too scared to even try. Is that possible?

He has Venus-Mars in Aries, so even if he's shy or wonders about your feelings, he WILL make a move at some point if he's interested, and he will like to be the one who does the chasing.

You are doing all the right things! Keep hanging out together. Don't worry about whether HE likes YOU...get in tune with the vibe you feel around him and, if you're feeling attracted and tingly, let your body enjoy that vibe. Touch him if that's something that happens naturally. Make eye contact and hold it. The more relaxed you can be about all this, the better, because it will let you enjoy the whole experience, and it will make him feel more connected to you on the vibe level, which is a really important level for Scorpio moon.

I don't drink and don't party much. I get called overly-serious or sometimes judgmental since I try to stick to my personal book of standards, by some people who don't know me well (usually I've disagreed with them in public reg something or other before knowing them better). But my closer friends say they don't believe is true. But I know I definitely come across as all the things you mentioned, esp since I'm so vocal about everything that comes to my mind (no filter <-- something that needs work lol).

What do your closer friends say about you?

Thank guys... I guess I should just relax around him for starters. It's just so hard, especially since I feel like he sees/hears everything I do/say (and he definitely exudes some sort of intense energy).

And I catch him staring, which I can feel on the back of my neck and sometimes catch, but I've been told its an Aquarius habit? And he smiles + laughs easily with me, and seems to genuinely care about what I think, but again those are Aquarius habits? Lately he's been initiating all of our conversations, not because I'm not interested in him, but because I'm worried I'll come on too strong and lose him as a friend if not something more. Are these really Aquarius habits or am I reading too much into his actions?
