I have a transiting Uranus conjunct my natal Sun in the 10th house. From what I've read, this transit is most important if it's supported by a significant progression which symbolizes a life change. The provided examples are:
1) Ascendant progressing from one sign to another (I don't think this applies to me).
2) The midheaven changing signs (I'm honestly not sure).
3) The progressed Moon crossing natal Ascendant or Midheaven (I think I have this one but I'm hoping for a second pair of eyes to verify).

I've just had this feeling lately that I'm on the verge of a huge change but I'm not sure what it is or where to look. Any help or input would be fantastic. I appreciate it.

You have other things in the 10th house, not just sun.

You also have mercury and venus in the 10th house, that indicates that your career will involve some sort of speaking, as well as the arts. You might become a musical conductor!

Transiting Uranus means that your career is going through a change right now, any type of change, possibly facilitated by friends, to the career.

I've been thinking of going back to school to become a java developer. I also feel like I'm in a rather public position now and it's getting worse/better (depending on how you like publicity). I just wish I knew which direction to go. I want to be financially stable. I don't think that's too much to ask.
