Sorry, I thought the ask was to know good timing to start an advanced education. Timing to know strong and good time for developing on studies. Of course the time on study will never be wrong. Just go for it when you feel it or want it.

When I went back to school for Interior Architecture this is what was going on transit wise for me...

Neptune in the 9th

Uranus conj MC, square Merc (ruler of 1st and 4th), Trine Venus (5th house)

Saturn just entered my 3rd house, conj Jupiter (co-ruler of 10th), square Venus (ruler of 5th), trine merc

Jupiter just entered my 5th

EDIT: uranus is my 9th house ruler so maybe that had a hand in it too since it was aspecting my MC, Merc and Venus, Also... I always associate the 3rd house to school too.
