Sex is 90% between the ears anyway. From what I'm seeing, most of our astrologically savvy believe sex is about the body and the heart only.If you want truly "earth shattering sex" you must engage on the mental level.
Although I have to admit that may have something to do with my Mercury in the attic....

My ex and I had out of this world sex lol.Eros conjunct psyche and eros square psyche both by 1 degree (eros conjunct psyche on line btwn 7th and 8th house in scorpio) His moon was in my 8th house, my moon was in his 7th house. My pluto was in his 7th house, his pluto was in my 8th. Venus square mars My venus and moon conjunct his descendant by 1 degree (good with emotional bonding I believe) Moon conjunct pluto His lust opposes my moon and venus by a degree There's more but I *do* believe those contribute the most.

Yeah, that Neptune in Scorpio is a lynchpin for the GT - and Mercury tends to act like astrological tofu, taking on the flavor of whatever it aspects (when you're talking progressions/transits and to a degree synastry.) I'm betting you see eternity behind his gaze.

Pixienoire you really don't come across as someone who has Mars inthe 8th house, sorry but you just don't.As for sex on Valentines Day, earth shattering sex would be Pluto in the 8th, that's the best aspect for Valentine's Day sex. IP: Logged |

I think for sex to be truly earth-shattering, the people have to connect on ALL levels. But it depends on the chart. My chart ruler is Saturn and the house my Sun, Mercury, and Mars fall in is the 8th, ruled by Pluto, and I notice that when I have crazy-good sex, I usually have had lots of Saturn and Pluto aspects with the person. (Mars-Venus is less significant for me, I have it more often in friends, because my Mars and my Venus are in signs I'm not into.)IP: Logged |

i think the truth is nobody knows because were talking about such a subjective experience, everyones turn-ons and offs can be astrologically explained based on their natal charts, so you wont find one ro two aspects being the reason, e.g. mars venus, No.the needs of the person has to be met (natal chart, do they like sex on a mental level? look at their chart to see why. do they like sex to be very physical and go-happy, you know, rabbit-like, jack hammer? look at the chart to see why) bbefore you can look at any of that, the person has to subjectively want the person they desire, then its up to that person to fulfill those needs, the more naturally they do it, the better. and thats "earth shattering sex" for One individual, how the other finds it repeats the same equation. of course i don't deny though that some basic objective elements make great sex. Girls Venus in hard aspect with boys Mars involved in multiple configurations with only exact aspects.My Venus is quincunx his Mars/Moon/Pluto. Mars is exact, the rest are under 2 orb. It's the most satisfying, intense, intimate, and yes earth shattering sex I've ever had. I don't think squares to pluto are good.
