Maybe someone will do the horary? I don't even know whether I believe in horary! How is it different from a magic 8 ball or flipping a coin? I don't know enough about it to decide, though.

But ANY astrological reading just shows potentials and possibilities....if someone lets you know how they feel, that is a better answer than ANY answer you could get from strangers on the internet.

quote:
A friend of his told him i liked him for me lol. I never wanted to tell him bc i wanted Him to chase ..Me. But his friend kept insisting. His friend told me he replied that he thought i was cool as a friend but that he had his eye on another girl. Since his friend seems to like me, I thought I should ask him myself what he said to him. So i asked him in person and all he said was "i just like keeping to myself, you know?" and i was like....but ur friend said u said u didnt like me like that, and he was like "no, i just like keeping to myself..." That is true, he definitely likes keeping to himself...

He was honest with his friend--he likes you as a friend, but he is into another girl romantically. Since he's a Virgo, he would've felt really uncomfortable saying "what my friend said is true, I'm not romantically interested in you" to your face.

I think your initial impulse was right--let the guy chase. But if you're lucky enough to get a real, clear answer, like this guy told his friend and the friend told you, you don't need more information from trying to do fortune-telling.

This is your second recent post that amounts to "This guy said he doesn't want to be with me--does he like me?"

I know it's hard to accept romantic rejection, especially for people with Cancer planets (I have them too)....but at a certain point it becomes really disrespectful and stalker-y to refuse to take a polite "no" for an answer.

Maybe I am misunderstanding horary though too, I hope someone else will give an opinion.

Lol yeah... He doesn't like you. He told your frd this, and he make some lame as excuse to your face. Kinda obvious no?

And lol... what is with you being interested in guys younger than you? haha

I do hope since this is the astrology section though that someone will a) do a horary and b) explain why doing a horary for this kind of thing is any different from flipping a coin.

I think everyone who does horary is ignoring your question because it's akin to: "I applied to a University and they sent me a rejection letter. Will I be going there in the fall?"

But it's making me very curious about who uses horary, and why. I'll ask the question in a new thread though.

RAS- why don't you try a first meeting chart? Considering that you know the time when you first met...that would be easier as to how the relationship will pan out.

But considering what he told you friend and then told you, I don't think he's that interested.

How do you know the friend likes you?

And why aren't you interested in him (the friend)?

You are Mars/Moon, he is Venus. Venus makes no aspect to Mars. Moon makes a trine to Venus indicating that you like him, but he makes nothing to you. So no.

You can also look at your chart progressions. If you see your progressed Sun, Venus or Mars make a trine or a conjunction to his Sun, Venus or Mars, you've got a high chance of becoming romantically involved.

I'm very glad Amowls gave you an actual horary reading.

And yes, I was hoping to help by encouraging you to go for a guy who really likes you--but of course you'd have to be interested back. So maybe a new new guy will be the right guy.

Touche.

Just cos he 'looks at you' and 'smiles' at you and acts courteous doesn't mean anything. He might just be friendly and a nice guy?

Chill. I'm alittle younger than you and even I know if a guy rejects you through your friend and to your face, they obviously don't like you. Lol and no, it's not the whole ' I'll reject you, but secretly I don't actually mean it cos I'm actually just playing games to get you to want me more.'

Virgos don't play mind games. That's more a water sign thing to do or a gem specialty lmfao.

Sorry if you can't accept the truth -_-.

The younger comment was pretty annoying, I agree. He's only 2 years younger than you lol and it's not like it's illegal. My boyfriend is 1 1/2 years younger than me (he's 21 and I'm 23).

I happen to like younger guys more than older guys (like give a me a choice between a 19 year old and a 30 year old, I'd take the 19 year old).

It is annoying having to buy them alcohol, though.

When someone is trying to help you it would be nice if you didn't make immature remarks like this one. I was merely pointing out another method besides horary that may help point out clues in possible new relationships. Also many people in this forum have a limited understanding of horary and may not be able to respond, which would have helped get you more responses/more accurate responses.

This is the second time you have reacted this way towards me and I do not appreciate it. Next time I suggest reading a response twice in case you misunderstood the message the first time as can happen in textual conversations such as this forum.

It would also help us to help you if you would post the chart. Many people here function more visually and having the chart posted in the thread where we can see it is a great help to reading it.

Amowls, to put that comment in context, RAS's last thread was a "will we get back together?" about a 17-year-old who had broken up with her. She called him a "douche" for kissing her and then deciding later he didn't want to be involved...I think it made a few people feel protective of these guys, because people have a right to break up with you or let you know that they aren't interested without you keeping after them.

At a certain point it gets frustrating to read, "He directly said he wasn't interested, but then he smiled awkwardly and looked uncomfortable when he saw me, so actually, he's totally into me, right?" Because it really gets old in real life when someone pursues us after we have tried first politely, and then more firmly, to tell them we're not interested.

This happened to me recently (with a Cancer), and he sort of railroaded me into being rude, instead of just getting my messages, which were not subtle.
