During this period, mankind has to specify, tidy and organize its material matters, undertakings, the natural environment and relationships between nations, as the No 4 type vibration, which is mainly directing humanity's life in this phase, is concerned with reason, order and system.
If this text refers to a year-long interval, there will be problems in the financial, economic and welfare systems with the possibility of a recession and depression.
Whether or not a collapse of a national or global economy or only a temporary holding back of spendings will take place, depends on how far the technical conditions for such have built up in the socio-economic fabric to this point in time, iow how deeply and widely the reasons for not purchasing goods and services (consumer side) and not investing in new enterprises and working places (industrial/commercial side) have spread.

However, whoever of humanity's nations feels brave enough to tackle such a task must be vigilant, practical, and base all planing on fact and reason, and if in doubt, consult experts in that particular field. Also, the persons on the design board should follow the never failing source of information that is called Intuition.
This is a masternumber vibration (the masterbuilder). In this period some nations may think in large, grand terms. They might venture to act in a potent and powerful way and address other countries to open their ears to their suggestions.
In this time humanity lives on nervous energy, and she has to control its emotions, guard against extremes when projecting and carrying out programs and projects, and have well thought-through concepts and procedures for their implementation. No idea or plan must be based on speculation, hope, risk, or dream work. It would run aground. During this time it is easy to fool oneself through letting take over idealistic thinking and abandon vigilance and realistic assessment (Hitler's invasions started in such a year).
