Generally speaking no, because they love in totally different ways. Scorpio is all consuming, intense, mysterious love. Aquarius is more free calling you their best friend is a confession of love to them. To them love is about something that sets you free and opens new doors. They're the type that will let you go out all night and trust that you will come back to them of your own free will. To them that is true love. To the venus in scorpio true love is "I can't live without you"

They are fundamentally different so it's very difficult for one to understand the way the other one loves. They will definitely have a very roller coaster like passionate affair, lots of arguments and make-up sex but if they cannot communicate their love to the other person and make that person feel loved then it will be very stressful and possibly lead to an end of the relationship.

Its not that bad.

It is not as easy going as Scorpio-Pisces or Scoirpio-Cancer but it also has its high points.

One thing to keep in mind. YOU WILL DISAGREE MORE THAN YOU AGREE.

Eh maybe I'm exaggerating a tad but generally if two people can't make each other feel loved in a relationship it will fall apart. Maybe it won't end due to people staying in relationships far longer than they should, but the "spirit" of the relationship will end.

I've experienced this myself in incompatible venus signs. In some cases we can remain friends afterward but there are still a lot of disagreements and unintentional hurt towards one another.

Look don't take this as an interpretation for the entire relationship, obviously more than one factor plays a role, as was my experience as well. Just look at it as one problem area. I would apply more significance to the venus sign/aspect if venus was chart ruler, ruler of one of the angles, or involved in a grand trine, t-square, kite or any such configurations.
