Hi I was wondering if someone could please help me with this following question. If Im making a natal or synastry chart and the person was born during daylight savings time(Fall back) in the states, instead of putting 10:30am as the birth time should I make it 9:30am? Does it makes a difference in the charts?

If you're using www.astro.com , it will automatically adjust for Daylight Savings Time.
