I'm surprised there hasn't been more discussion on this topic. I have to say, when Uranus entered Aries during that period of May of 2010 until August, that was ACTUALLY the happiest I had ever felt in my life, so far. It's amazing how many things suddenly dissipated once both Jupiter and Uranus re-entered Pisces in late-August.

I've always felt comfortable with the tides of Uranus - it is the ruler of my moon and 5th house, after all. Plus I've always felt at home with Aries, as it is the sign of my Venus, which is located in the 7th house. I'm looking forward to all this! What about you guys?

actually....that's a good point. I was super happy during that time period too! My ASC is at 1 Aries and my Jupiter is in Aries too...thank god because the past few months have been emotionally grueling maybe this is gonna be the overturn I've been hoping for!

Countless japanese have been sacrificed.

Sacrifice was used in many ancient cultures.

That feel good feeling may come with a price not yet seen. I felt great the morning the tsunami hit japan, The sun has never felt like that to me before. It was note worthy.

I am undecided about how I should feel about this.

Did the mayan people who survived feel good after a sacrifice? Was that what making the gods happy meant?

I am cautious about the whole thing.

I am super stoked about Uranus in Aries, mainly cause it's joining Jupiter and sitting on my Ascendant/1st house. I think a little shaking up ::knocks on wood:: is more than healthy every once and a while...I'm ready to shake off that stifling, ambiguous Piscean energy and have enthusiastic action (in my favor, of course)!! Spoken like a true Aries Rising, right? :P

I don't know. When did Uranus go into Aries? If it was around Wednesday, then this period is not going to be too kind to me. Transiting Uranus will conjunct my Moon in the third house. Someone that I've been defending to all of my friends told me that I am too lazy to be intelligent. I cried for hours that day. Woke up the next day and cried my eyes out even more. So, I don't know how well this is going to go for me.

Thank God! And thank you Virgo and Mblake! It stunned me beyond words, but I'm getting over it and have written him off for good. We're not friends so I'm not losing much.

I do wonder if Uranus has anything to do with the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. After all, isn't it the king of all things sudden and unexpected?

The tsunami wasn't about Uranus in Aries, it was about Uranus not returning to 29 Pisces for 84 years.

I was so happy when Uranus dipped into Aries before. I fell in love. We were together May-September 2010...he left me September 29.

No it happened due to Uranus making squares Rahu and Ketu(Moon Nodes) + Moon quake or swinging or whatsover. Critical Days were 1,3,5,8,11,21-24 for March because Moon Shakes was - will be occur-ed-- on these days(dont know the term)!!!

I'm exited. I have Sun in Aries. I'm hoping with this placement that I'll have better technology...and be more with the times(tech wise). My old laptop stoped working since I used up all the memory. So I realize that I need to educate myself on how to use stuff like that more. So I don't do that again.

I have been having the urge lately to upgrate my life more. Like not having a crappy cell phone and camera...and those new coffe makers!...the new ones where you don't need to scoop coffe and use filters! And am yearning to just go for it...and get the money to do so...And good God, my mom always inviting her brother over who is a loser mooch (reminds me of a sociopath)...makes me wanna rush into moving out again! haha...but that is a whole nother story!!(sorry me and my mom just went shopping today and he is in our kitchen eating all this crap...if he eats my stuff I will be ****** ...but he refuses to take his broke *ss on food stamps and would rather mooch off my mom.) When I move again...he will never be invited over.

That's ironic, as the same exact thing happened back in early July, and I've had another job since then that wasn't like that. Hm, that's interesting and actually a bit of a downer. The evening of Thursday the 10th felt sooooooooooooooo hyped up - it was a nice feeling. I don't remember feeling like that since high school. Friday, not as much but still felt somewhat high. Fought with 2 ATMs that day. Both decided to break down when I went to use them (go figure). I tried to have a drink that night (rum) - it would not go down, lots of pressure on my chest. I had to wait to let it pass. Never felt that before - it was almost like nothing could go down or come up. Weird. Saturday, I was agitated - couldn't take traffic or people. I was something like a bat out of hell since I refused to stay indoors. People were totally out of it that day, including me. That evening - had a huge argument - I actually told someone to shut the f*ck up (very uncommon for me). That evening, felt chest pains and felt like I couldn't breathe. Like I was suffocating or drowning. Definitely an odd day. Got the feeling many people I saw were agitated about something. Weird **** of the day: saw a male midget dressed up in a leprechaun suit, drunk as hell and clearly agitated. Sunday - mellower but still refused to feel 'trapped'. Had a really bad headache the entire day. Today (Monday) didn't stress too much about not making it to the gym (which is not 'me' - I usually kick my own ass for hours), just opted to do 2 classes tomorrow instead of one. Saw some video through my employer of the devastation in Japan - very sad. Prayers and thoughts go out to them all.

Change is in the air...Has anyone else found the Uranus switching signs to cause dramatic change?...or just drama?

I check fb today and notice 2 breakups in a row...One was my long lost childhood friend. Broke up with a guy of two years or something.
And then a girl I hung out with on Friday was talking about her relationship, and how her girlfriend wants to keep her cooped up. (I'd say they where together for a year)

And then my buddy, broke up with this girl that hes been with for a month...(hes still in highschool though and that is nothing new with him...he seriously has a new one every month)

And one new relationship. From the girl that was my best friend in 2nd grade. (last time I saw her was almost 2 years ago and was engaged to her highschool sweet heart or something)

I left my job on the 9th, was supposed to leave on the 31st but due to some strange clerical error all of a sudden the date was moved up a bit, and had wanted to leave this yr anyway. I actually feel like I can breathe. I get three wks off before I start anew in April. Much needed. Oh, and I'm moving due to the new position, but had wanted to move anyway.

When a disaster happens (like in Japan) I always feel TERRIBLE, even if I haven't heard about it yet. It's like when the tsunami hit in 2004 - I was just recovering from chickenpox and went for a walk by the sea and the moon was HUGE and close to the earth and it just looked weird. I suppose it's like the butterfly effect - unhappiness in one part of the world gets transmitted? And yet you guys are energized? Perhaps this transit falls in a different part of your chart.
And since Uranus moved into Aries I have been feeling mental - mental and desperate. I didn't feel like this last year, curiously enough. But I'm beginning to doubt myself in many areas of life, and it's not like me to doubt myself. I know a Pisces who went crazy during the Ur in Pi transit and I have a real fear of that happening to me - or of losing everything in monetary terms (not that I have much anyway). Then again, I look at all my stuff and think, why do I have all this stuff? It's not even as though I've got a lot, but I think that if I could start again, I'd just have all my musical instruments, my clothes, my books, my computer...er...I have everything I need. I never want for more - I am not materialistic in terms of needing iPhones, HDTVs, all the rest of the stuff that people go for. But what I have still seems too much. Why do I need all this stuff? Would I be bored if I didn't have to work and just had to go round looking for food all day? I am fascinated by the freegan lifestyle and would love to become one - I think we all would deep down. I feel guilty about my consumerism. Yet I am not a greedy person!!!
One thing I have been thinking about over these few days (which have been tough) is HONESTY. For example, the relationship between my mother and I is non-existent. But instead of saying "oh that's such a shame" like some people, I could take a different viewpoint - like, "at least we are HONEST abut the fact we don't like each other". For an Aries, this phase means being true to oneself...so that's what I'm doing...I have found over the last few years that it is better to be upfront and honest (before things get too out of hand) than dishonest.

Hm, I think tr. Uranus may be opposing my Pluto?
(and tr. Saturn may be hovering round my Uranus?)Gah - it sounds like a chess game!
