Is it normal that Aries guys have opened up to me before about their sensitivities?

An aries guy opened up to me recently on the first date, like really opened up. I noticed he was very sweet on the first date and then the rest of the dates he was very manly but at some points he would open up again. Lol. I also have a very good aries guy friend who I have lots of chemistry with and he has literally opened up to me about everything. I found out Aries guys do actually think deeply about stuff, they just don't show it. And some dont have the greatest self-esteem though they act super confident. I also have another good aries friend who is very sweet and has no problem telling me about his sensitivities. At the same time these guys are all very manly.

Is it normal for an aries guy to open up like that cuz i heard its pretty rare.

Btw i'm a cancer with lots of leo and libra rising if that is at all relevant. Oh and these guys all had pisces mercury.

I'm an Aries w/ Aries mercury. I'm not so open but my brother is an Aries with Pisces mercury and he's very open with thoughts/feelings.
Must be the Pisces mercury.

I've dated some Aries guys and they never came off as super macho types. Probably because if they want something real, they will be real with you.

My theory is that masculine-influenced people enjoy getting the opportunity and the freedom to show their sensitive side, while feminine-influenced folks enjoy the chance to be more masculine and cavalier. I think that's why we enjoy the yin to our yang (or vice versa).

I guess that's also true, AG, but, for example, my dad is an aries with aries mercury like I mentioned before, and he doesn't exactly enjoy showing his sensitive side. He shows it sometimes, as I'm sure everyone has a sensitive side, but it's not actually all too sensitive...like he doesnt completely get vulnerable or sweet, and I'm positive he just doesn't like showing that side of himself.

Some people are just like that.
