I'm not 100% sure I follow past life theories..But i wonder if anyone is a believer in that,do you believe our past lives have anything to do with somewhat strange/offbeat interests..Like being interested in vintage clothing,or retro music from an era you might have been alive in? For example I am almost obsessed with "retro" clothing and music from the late 40's to mid 50's.I sometimes wish i was around in that time and love finding clothes and things from that era.Also I am a big fan of Elvis lol(from that particular time frame).I don't have this particular feeling with anything involved in the 60's. I'm obsessed with everything around the turn of the 20th century. the late 1880s to the early 1900s and I'm positive there's something to that. I also love EVERYTHING about the 60s, that's my decade no question and I'm completely fascinated by all aspects of it (not just the hippies, but them too!)IP: Logged |

Any Capricorn or perhaps Cancer in your charts? Were either of you born in the mid-1980's? For people born during the mid-1980's, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune were together for some time in Capricorn, and their collective aspects to personal planets would probably create some strong energies. Personally, I have a Capricorn Mars, Cancer NN, and Moon conjunct Saturn/Pluto. I love all history and I feel close connection to my ancestors. I restore vintage and antique radios, stereos, amplifiers, and instruments in my spare time. I watch more historical documentaries than anything else... hmm, I must have watched all 720 minutes of Ken Burn's Civil War at least four times. IP: Logged |

I'm a retro fashionista and have been obessed with the 1920's from since I can remember. I own at least 10 vintage dresses and my room is elaborately decorated with nice vintage furniture. But vintage things are "in" now, so I can't say its a past life connection, its an aestetic thing if anything... I do have Saturn/Uranus in the 1st opposite Venus in Gemini, that might influence my taste in the old? IP: Logged |

I am a vintage junkie, when it comes to books (like historical fiction and actual classics), furniture, and just learning history. Not so much clothing unless we're talking about the outfits my relatives send me from ye old world...LOL. My favorite channel is actually the history channel too...haha. That's not to say that I glamorize it though. I do have a Capricorn ASC and Neptune with a Cancer Sun, Mercury, Chiron, and Juno. IP: Logged |

i have Saturn at 0 degree Virgo 9th house. i also have AC, Sun, Venus and Neptune in Sagittarius. i love reading about history and i also generally dislike modern technology (except this laptop + internet  ). i have an immense fascination for the 1920s too. i don't wear anything (clothes, accesories, hair etc.) that is not 1920s reproduction and/or period correct. it's an obsession. i don't know why the 20s, beside obvious reasons, but i've always been fascinated by this period since i was a kid, and kept this style for over a decade now, and not planning to change it any time soon...! it's definitely mainly because of my Saturn.
