What does it mean when you have a grand trine of Ascendant, Neptune, and Saturn?

Can someone help me out with this? According to Clairvision Virtual Astrologer, I have two grand trines and four kites in my natal chart and I really don't know what this means. I'm trying to learn, but the more I read, the more confused I get. Thanks!

• grand trine: Jupiter, Neptune and Saturn
