I can think of 2 peeps I've known who had this bad and they were both Cancer Sun with Capricorn Moon.
The only rationale I can give is that both of the signs are hell bent on security, and can often be quite insecure, so attempts at getting that security they need is the motivation there, not just to be jerks, altho they may often come across that way.

I know many Gemini suns to be arrogant, some Aquarius Suns as well and one of them that I know has a Gemini Ascendant as well and the other Aquarius Asc.

My little boy has a stellium in Leo~sun, moon, mercury,mars) and there's a "bit" of arrogance in him! But then he has Aquarius Ascendant with Uranus in Aquarius as well. His IC in Gemini

Two of the cases I mention above share a moon in Leo.

It seems to me that arrogance is denoted by or Leo (pride)or Air (gemini, Aquarius)/ Mercury/Uranus combo~specially when it evolves in important places of the chart like angles and chart rulers, Sun,Moon... But for me is obvious in the Sun and Ascendant.

Crisiano Ronaldo is Aquarius Sun lol

Ps: all of them have a different Mars sign...

Mars/Pluto with bad aspects-Especially when one is in Leo.

JFK: I'm friends with three Scorp Sun/Sag Moons though, and only one of them is super-arrogant. The others are, um, confident, but definitely not unpleasantly arrogant.

Lucia - Is there some Libra somewhere in his chart? The one I'm talking about has a Libra Mars. His Pisces ascendant can make him achingly endearing, but I've noticed whenever there's a prominent placement of Libra in a mans chart, it just ends up manifesting in these really obnoxious, over compensating kind of ways.

Well, for one, Aries comes to mind. I think Scorpio can also come off that way, but it's just a front. With Aries it's kinda the real deal lol. But not all Aries are like that....just most. Lol

I think it depends on the name type. There's also a last-name type. When the nametype is Leo I think the person will more often than not just be extremely show-offy. Showing off doesn't necessarily imply arrogance, though. The arrogant people I know are all either aries, leo, or an air sign. But I have found the feminine signs to like showing off, especially Capricorn. But that isn't arrogance as much as it is vanity.

For example, you probably know a few Davids who brag a lot and are all about being worshipped because that's a leo nametype. Also Proenza is an example of a leo last name type. I know an aries with a pisces first name type, a leo moon, an aries ascendant, and a leo last name, and he is sooo about showing off and is also extremely arrogant.

Aquariuses, surprisingly, I've also found to be quite arrogant in that they're know it alls. All the air signs can come off that way, but in reality I think they're not as sure of themselves as they come off so it's not really arrogance, just a front from fear not being intellectually capable. They can seem snobby when they look down on anyone who isn't well-read though, and so-called "intelligent"

I know a Leo with Scorpio rising...she comes off super arrogant to me. Also an Aquarius with Leo moon...SUPER ARROGANT...I tend to think of fixed signs as coming off somewhat arrogantly. Maybe with the exception of Taurus who seem like sweethearts to me for the most part. I kinda wanna say air signs too just because I feel like the first thing they put forth is their intellect and I usually think they're putting on airs because of that.

I don't know about Caps...I have a Cap moon so I might sympathize with them more than others but I usually think they come off cold not arrogant. I almost want to agree about Geminis...I tend to initially think they are arrogant but then I usually come around with them realizing that it's really just that they talk a lot and have something to say about everything and rarely show their emotions so its tough to sympathize with them for me. That's even more true for Virgos. Maybe it's because I'm a Sag but I can't say I've met many Virgos I didn't think were know it alls and arrogant! I've never really met an arrogant Cancer though? And Scorpio suns don't really come off that way to me either...I think when people wear their emotions on their sleeve I tend to empathize with them and and obviously water signs tend to do that. I guess it's gonna be different for everyone!

I go with geminis.
They seem to be very stubborn and arrogant which is driven by their ego.
Their arrogance is quite judgemental and gross.
On the other hand scorpios also can be arrogant as he/she prefers saying it in a way which seems arrogant but behind all that he's simply telling you the truth and wants you to admire him.

I can't really tell whether geminis are judgemental or not. Sometimes it just seems like the air signs are too proud of their own ability to be charming, adorable, and funny. And then they look down on anyone who they deem to be not as awesome as them. Add to that intelligent too. Whether other people are supposedly intelligent or not seems to be a big one for them, too.

I totally agree about Scorpios just saying the truth. Just like Virgos. But I really wish they would sound less arrogant when they said it.

oh, no, I hate to say this, because he's my baby, but.... my six year old little boy, who's an Aqua with a Leo moon... comes off arrogant with us at home, e.g., "I'm so good at Blokus, even the first time I played I won". I can only hope he's not doing this at school and alienating any potential friends!!! And he has a really sweet side which comes out in certain situations, so he's not "all about the" arrogance, but it's there!!!
