I've had mixed experiences with Taurus suns which hasn't realy made sense to me since I am Taurus rising and I thought I should be attracting/attracted to them easily. Hmmm.
Anyways, I've found my experience with Taurus Moons to have been more positive.
I had a friend in Varsity(very good mental connection) , who had his Sun, Moon and Mercury in Taurus.
I probably think his Ascendant was either Virgo or Gemini because he was very fast mentally. Then again, his Mars was in Gemini too.
Another one became my spontaneous friend ,literaly, overnight.
I went to a party with him and his friends and I guess he wasn't as close to his friends as I had imagined because during the party, I found myself spending a great deal of time with him.
He is a little quick tempered, assertive and very quick mentally and so I assumed that he was a Fire sun individual.
I was wrong.
His Sun in Taurus formed an EXACT conjuction to my Ascendant and his mercury and mars were squared in Aries and Capricorn respetively(hence the quick mind).
We lost contact though because I didn't like the crowd he was hanging with.
What I've noticed with Taurus moons (there are far too many in my life to mention individually) though , is their skill when it comes to caressing and touching. They seem to be masters of this for some reason.
The Taurus moons I know, love to touch. Even the guys respond more positively when I lightly touch them now and gain when talking. Hmmmm
