Ofc there can't be a past life tie. If it could, then everybody who are born in same day and next day and yesterday.. till the allowed interval for conjunction is over would be soulmates then you should have over 10000 soul mates or whatsoever...
So it does not show i guess. But maybe it can increase the chance of past life tie.

The closest I have come to this is someone's moon conjunct my sun.
It was a platonic male/female relationship but I felt very bonded to him,like he had a special place in my heart.
