This is a power aspect.

Saturn went in to Libra last year and Uranus went in to Aries. Last July (I think) was the Cardinal cross where Saturn,Pluto and Uranus were in a t-square with planets moving through early cancer causing the grand cross aspect.

We have to live with these energies until 2015 I think. I think thing will get slightly better when Saturn moves into Scorpio in October 2012.

When Saturn transits, mutable and fixed sign and hits planets by transit I can usually deal with it as was the case the tSaturn in Virgo squared my moon in sag, but with tSaturn in cardinal signs it feels like a never ending hell.
