Okay, I need some sound advice from you all . I have a co-worker who is a Virgo. Now some of you may not know, but I'm a Libra with a moon in Scorp (rising in Pisces). At first I thought this particular combo would get along just based off of sun,rising, and moons but I've been mistaken! (I know there's so much more that goes into it)It seems like with Virgos with Scorp rising in particular, we always start off great then our relationship goes straight to you know where...

I'm a TA and have been having a wonderful year so far up until now. My issue is the "constructive criticism" that seems to ALWAYS be given from the lead teachrer. Now, I don't mind being criticized constructively for the greater good, but too often it just gets plain annoying... even if the Virgo's intentions are to help. I'm starting to feel like no matter what improvements I make in the classroom, she is NEVER satified. I was warned on my first day working there that she was a know-it-all and just one of "those" people that knew how to pluck all but one nerve...

So really I say all this to ask, Scorpios, or whoever else that wants to chime in, how do YOU feel about "constructive" criticism? Can you tell the difference between just being cut down and people really trying to help? Does being evaluated/micro-mananged bother you? Am I being too sensitive?

I'm a Virgo Sun/Scorpio rising, and I have been known to rub people the wrong way. I try to say: "Hey, this looks like it is incorrect. Could you please correct it?" Instead of: "Hey! This is wrong! Fix it!" But I've known enough Virgos to know that there are some who would phrase it that way.
