I see that you look for me, to give you some good answer about having children.
I am not so good with Medical Astrology and am still learning on that area. It is more about different diseases than about children.

I also have my motto:
if you can't say something good, than better say nothing!

If I look ruler of your 5th, house of children, ruler is Mercury in 6th (house of illness). Your Mercury has square with the Moon and conjunction with the Sun. It can happen that you will have a child, but that child could be sick.
As 5th house is all in Libra, we can look also Venus as a co-ruler of 5th. Venus in 8th has no aspects to Mercury.
Some people look also Moon for children: your Moon has square with Mercury.

There is maybe good solution with:
Mercury conjunction Sun or Venus sextile Pluto and Mars in 6th.

Sorry, but this Chart is a bit complicated: I don't like so many planets in 6th.
I have also Mercury (alone) in 6th and it looks like I should have some very strict diet for my health.
