Repost:

So if the Desc is considered a Venus point, and it falls into Scorpion (ruler Pluto/Mars) and Pluto is falling into Libra (Venus) would that be a very light Pluto-Venus contact? In a natal chart.

Dsc Scorpio yes. What they're looking for is typically a certain amount of depth to bring meaning to their life which with Taurus on the Asc is typically filled with material goods and money security concerns. They may act out the Scorpio Dsc in attracting or relating to the partner. There may be power struggles, or abrupt changes of mood where the relationship is either all on or all off. Venus/Pluto typically doesn't like half on half off relationships and the same goes for Scorp Dsc. The condition of Pluto would give more info.

Pluto is retrograde in Libra, 1 degree off a semi-sextile with the Desc, trining Mars (Gem), sextiling Neptune (Sag), sesquisquare Sun (Aqua) and making a Yod with that Neptune Sextile and the Inconj. to the Asc.

Admittedly, I am not at the point yet to understand whether that's a good or inflicted or whatever condition. Still very much learning to pull things together.

Inconjuncts, I'm learning, point to a sense of humor, so you prob have an original way of presenting your Taurean side. And Pluto isn't afflicted.

So interesting to know. I have a scorpio descendant too with pluto in sixth square sun in 9th house. Power struggles and ego conflicts seem to be the flavor in my relationships, sometimes a competition of some sort. Moon in 1st trine pluto.

Pffff it makes one not want to throw away things that should be thrown away! Being a packrat ain't funny.

That's interesting about the inconjunct.

What I am mostly doing at the moment for "interpretations" is making up little stories for the planets, but I've watched Xena too many times I think, all I get when pondering Mars is a picture of Ares.

I am asking so many questions to double and "reality" check some of my erhm ideas
