Hiya

I'm curious to know what your take on the following would be, without any supplementary info being given. How accurate can just this amount of info be... (I understand a chart has to be interpreted as a whole, but I'm interested to see how this pans out)

House and planets in it: (x means empty)

1st Jupiter
2nd - x
3rd - x
4th - x
5th - Mars
6th - Saturn
7th - Venus, Pluto
8th - Sun, Mercury, Uranus
9th - Neptune
10th - x
11th - Moon
12th - x

The main reason I am curious what information the planets in houses (without other info) can tell us, is I find it hard to separate where each clue comes from when people read whole charts and I find it overwhelming. I'm hoping this will help me improve my knowledge and practice building charts bit by bit.

So, here's what my book says about the list in my first post; apologies for any typos. How good do you think these interpretations are, considering this book is what I'm basing my learning on.

Thanks in advance!

Jupiter in 1st house:
Vivacious, optimistic, generous. You usually do everything in a big way. An indication for travel and adventure is usually apparent with this placement. This placement is fortunate and you don't have to work very hard for its benefits.

Mars in 5th house:
Competitive sports, athletics and workouts at the gym are highlighted. You enjoy strenuous activity and pursue it as aggressively as you pursue romance. Thanks to the impulsive nature of Mars, you may experience unfortunate romantic attractions. These affairs are filled with passion and sensuality, but in the end go nowhere and only injure you emotionally.

Saturn in 6th house:
You have a strong sense of responsibility towards your work and take your job seriously. At times you may feel overburdened and overworked, but you feel compelled to do the best that you can. Your approach to your work and your health is practical and specialized. If Saturn is afflicted, chronic health problems may result, usually due to burning out and worrying. An awareness of your limitations can mitigate health problems. The lesson with this placement is to learn responsibility towards work and health.

Venus and Pluto in 7th house:

Venus - a happy marriage and profitable partnerships are indicated. This terrific placement for Venus confers ease in social situations. You act like a magnet in attracting what you need in terms of partnerships and financial benefits.

PLuto - you evolve through marriage and partnerships. This placement is excellent for understanding public sentiment and opinion, which can be helpful in whatever you do.

Sun, Mercury and Uranus in 8th house:

Sun - Your financial prosperity increases after marriage, through partnerships and inheritances. You have a deep interest in metaphysics, specifically in life after death and reincarnation. Some astrologers contend that the Sun in this house indicates that fame comes after death and that any afflictions or poor aspects enhance the possibility of premature, sudden or violent death. But this smacks of predestination and fate.

Mercury - You may expend a lot of mental energy worrying about joint finances, inheritances and matters pertaining to the dead. There's a strong possibility that you inherit money from a brother or sister or someone who is like kin to you. Metaphysical topics intrigue you. You may write about such topics .

Uranus - You benefit from a partner's sudden, unexpected windfall or legacy, or, if Uranus is afflicted, you experience sudden reversals in joint finances. Sexuality may manifest in eccentric ways. There's usually an interest in occult with this placement. The partner usually earns money in a manner outside the mainstream. Uranus here can also indicate an unusual and idiosyncratic approach in using other people's money and resources to augment your own income.

Neptune in 9th house:
This is a very psychic placement for Neptune. You probably have a deep interest in Eastern thought and belief systems, as well as spiritualism, reincarnation and mysticism. Higher education probably isn't high on your list of priorities. You travel in connection with spiritual beliefs, but you should take time to plan whatever trips you take. Otherwise, disorganisation mitigates what you might glean from your travels.

Moon in 11th house:
You have a large circle of acquaintances, but only a few deep friendships with people whom you trust implicitly. Many of your friends may be unreliable. You probably have more female friends than male and some of them may be celebrities or public figures. The groups you belong to may be connected in some way to family matters. Your intuition is well-developed and can help you attain your wishes and dreams.

H1 Jupiter: the ultimate hedonist. Height, string builf. Flamboyant, excessive mannerisms. Regal presence and strong voice with infectuous smile
H5 Mars: Sex as a hobby. They r even bigger buterflies that H5 Venus. Appealing and megnetic as potential partner(not long term) but as a trophy.
H6 Saturn: really good worker, great work ethnics, great enterprising ideas, but, somehow, they never move from security of given desk, instead of working on their own. Somekind of health condition that u carry throughout (very long) life, like alergy,or rheumatism.
H11 Moon: u don't really know what u want to be when u grow up. Personal magnestism,text-book example for popularity.

1st, Jupiter: I like polite people and with good manners.
In the book: people with Jupiter in the 1st have aristocratic look. Maybe!

5th, Moon: Very sensitive, emotional and very unstable.

6th, Mercury: We should be good doctors and good diagnostics.

7th, Sun: I like sunny people and I am also sunny person (so see me other people).

8th, Venus: It should be "nice death"

I finish with death house.
