So I know that Aries and Scorpio are supposed to be this amazing match together despite the fact that they're square. I was just wondering whether there were any other occasions of matches between any other signs that are the same way? Also can anyone give me any insight into an Aries and Scorpio relationship, I'm intrigued.

They are not squared signs.

They're meant to be well-matched because of the double Mars influence. Scorpio is co-ruled by Mars.

When it comes to sun sign compatibility - I'm an Aries Sun woman, and I have never been romantically attracted to a Scorpio sun man (that includes the ones I find good looking).

It is not at ALL a feeling of dislike. I have nothing against them. I can even like them as people -- but when it comes to sexual attraction - I feel nothing.
Maybe I've yet to meet the right Scorpio for me lol

That being said -- I absolutely love Scorpio Moon/Mercury/Venus and Mars. I'm not sure whether this is because of my Capricorn or Aries placements... (I have a feeling it's more so the Capricorn)
I am often VERY sexually attracted to men who are NOT Scorpio Suns - but have one (or more) of their other planets in Scorpio.

PS. A similar pair could be Taurus/Libra -- because both are ruled by Venus.

psssst Ok I think I found one I could be attracted to lol

I was going through famous Scorpio men in my mind to see whether I feel an attraction.

Jaquin Phoenix -- No - I like his appearance (when he shaves! lol) but I don't feel an attraction.

Matthew McCauneghey - No... I think he's funny, but I don't find him sexually attractive.

Leonardo Dicaprio - I did have a soft spot for him when I was younger and I still like him in a sense.... But it's not a strong sexual attraction.. I simply think he has a likability factor.

Owen Wilson - YES! I'm attracted LOL
The only one so far...
But his Venus is in Capricorn conjunct my Mars/Nept (exact!)

My general experiences of Aries/Scorpio is that they are both a bit too controlling for it to be anything too brilliant; of course I mean no disrespect to any successful A/S couples! Each person's other placements will affect it and not all Aries/Scorpio people will be the same.

Taurus and Scorpio are a more renowned pairing, opposites attract (or anhiliate each other lol)

I'm an Aries and my Scorpio and I have been together over 4 years. We are getting married this August.

I have to say it's the most brilliant relationship I have ever experienced. He's my best friend. He's funny, he keeps me entertained, he keeps me on my toes, he is sexy, smart, witty, somewhat sarcastic and a fantastic lover. He's probably the most considerate and thoughtful person I know (considerate to the people he cares about, of course... wicked to those he doesn't). He's laid back but won't put up with any nonsense from anyone.

Well, I know 2 best friends who are Scorpio and Aries. The Scorpio has Mars in Libra, the Aries has Mars in Taurus, which may explain why they get along so well (without so much as examining their synastry or composite).

The signs are Quincux/Inconjunct but they have Mars as their ruler so they have that in common (like Libra and Taurus have Venus).

It's a good match only if their moons are harmonious, or in good relationship with the Sun/Asc. Problematic if not.

freebrainstorms: I am Scorpio Sun/ Aries Moon/ Sag Asc and my husband is Aries Sun/Cancer Sun/ Libra Asc

Not to say this is perfect relationship but I feel this is the best one.

For me it was love at first sight.
I tend to give him challenges and he tries level best. We both are impatient. We do several fun things from crafts, painting, etc. Our inner child comes out.
Our passionate selves come out.
He is extremely loyal. I can trust him. (Scorpio can TRUST.) He is very reassuring.
Everytime I have been suspicious he has been very reassuring.

We are always doing stuff like traveling or doing projects. He does all logical stuff very well and I can do very well organizing, people stuff. So we work very well as a team.Where we argue lots & come to conclusions. (it never gets violent)

Yes, it does bother him to decide on things (Libra Asc). He doesn't like me being impatient...lol...I accuse him of being lazy because I love planning day to day life and things to do in the morning. For him it is all about saying " Not sure" "Don't know" I guess it is more about spontaneous.I guess we do both eventually.i.e planning and spontanity.

We have times where he is very stubborn about things.

I definitely don't think he is selfish as he is very kind but the most important thing for him is he should be ok in terms of eating, sleeping and then he can take care of other things.I know it is important. For me as a Scorpio what I am passionate is more important than anything else.Ofcourse I wouldn't want another person who is passionate which can come across as pushy.

I sometime wouldn't do the same. I admire how without feeling guilty he can say NO right straight away and so assertive.

Apart from that I would be fretting over what others think, having grudges, what he said/ she said ?he would be very easily not worried or wouldn't say anything. That means he can be gullible too.

As for controlling I have never felt any control issues and if they have arised I have been downright honest when I have seen any kind of powerplay.

He doesn't believe in God or Astrology which to Scorpion nature might be difficult.

We both aren't very possessive as we communicate a lot on what we are doing.

Aries doesn't understand completely "passionate about everything" nature. For Aries it is if it works it is good enough.
For Scorpio it is like I want this perfectly and nothing else( which has pros and cons). For Aries it is like this works and serves the purpose so it is good enough. (which has pros and cons)

There are lots of things Aries nature doesn't understand and misses out which another Water sign would understand.Things like Philosophy, etc. ( atleast with Fire one isn't worried that you are walking on eggshells.)

BTW I am more who wants to know if Stove is hot or not then him. He infact sticks to people's opinion but I think it has got more to do with our BIG3 we have got.

Sorry guys maybe I couldn't exactly figure which bits are exactly Aries and Scorpio and which are due to other planets.

He has no ego ,if woman is working and independent and he also like to have her own career. He is also fine to have a traditional family.

If you have any specific questions then please ask

^I think his Cancer Moon helps a lot in terms of having no ego/giving reassurance.

Yeah, I dated an Aries sun/Cancer moon guy for a bit and he was really sweet. Always asked me what I wanted to do and for my opinion. In fact, he was kind of passive. No doubt, he was still very much an Aries, but a very very sweet Aries. What I noticed is he lacked the ego that other Aries have. He didn't put up a front. He needed lots of reassurance too and on the first date he was a bit too open about his feelings. He seemed very honest. (All typical cancer traits).

True Taurus: Yes,Cancer Moon helps immensely and I was going to mention he is quiet sheep...but it is just to fool others. As quiet sheeps can be passive agressive and can drive one up to wall.Still being quiet.

That's all fun.
In the beginning of relationship I was asked what was he like and I described him as nice.

Anyone who sees my Aries the first words they come up with are like " Shy, innocent and nice" and I ask to him if any of this is true.He just grins with knowing smile and mischief in his eyes.

^ That sounds awfully too familiar...
my ex did that. how long have you known this person?? Yeah, the one I knew was very passive-aggressive. It's not fun. Problem with that is they keep all that Arian energy inside and there is no healthy outlet.

Did you happen to have Sun conjunct Moon in synastry? Because that's what that sounds like. The Moon person supports the Sun person.

True Taurus: I have known him more than 3 1/2 years. I should tell you all his Arian positive energy comes out during work, sex, romance, day to day life, good dose of information, puzzles, etc.

Negative energy comes out in tone of his voice, blaming everything else like technology, weather, noise, not having enough food, drink, sleep, etc not so much on people.

We mostly agree on quiet a lot of things but when we disagree. He would be calmly disagreeing and sticking to his guns. After that it is pure logic. What logically make sense,we do. Sometimes I give up, sometimes he.Thus relationship works.

I am quiet grateful of lots of things he is already doing and that is quiet selfless.

I have Venus in Scorpio...lessee: I've been in relationships with Aries Mars people and it's always been draining. It's almost like we create TOO much energy and it's slamming against the wall. Well, I guess if one was measuring attraction alone then it was really good, but for compatibility, it drove me nuts. Also with all three of these people it felt like being in a relationship with an Aries all the time, not whatever sun sign they were.

I knew two men with heavy Aries in their charts, one was Aries everything except one planet in Taurus and Gemini each and one was Aries everything except one planet in Pisces and Aquarius each. Both came with a small fleet of female worshippers, and they were both superficial and thought they were a lot smarter than they were. The difference was the first one was incredibly sweet despite his shortcomings, though still not someone I really became good friends with and the other one was just arrogant.

And finally, one of my exes was the sweetest man on the planet but he had an Aries Moon. He would compete for my attention and affection when it was inappropriate to do so, and he would always assume I agreed with him when sometimes I didn't. Oh, and he would speak for me in public, especially if I needed something like if we were at a restaurant or I had to go to a customer service desk. But even if someone just asked me how I was doing he'd start in before I even exhaled. This is a big no for me so I brought it up nicely but it never sank in, sadly.
