have you felt this progression?

i was thinking about it lately because i had a read an astrologer write that, Sun is who we truly are, and mars is who we think we are.

my mars is in virgo, my Sun is in leo, in many ways i can understand this, but i thought about how extrovert i used to be as a youngster, iv grown very reserved and introvert, this could be for a few reasons in my chart, but i thought about the fact taht my natal sun is 27 degrees leo, perhaps i just relate ot being a virgo more in the present, though i maintain that truly deep down, i am a leo.

i thought about this because iv read ad escription similar about Moon signs at critical degrees such as 29 degrees. an astrolger wrote that this person is the natal moon sign with initial reaction in moon related areas but will feel more used to, and being the latter sign it wouldve progressed straight into.

i thought maybe this applies to sun progrssion but maybe it takes a couple years or more or many years to kick in stronger and stronger.

my partner has sun opposite my sun to 1 degree orb, she is an aquarius but i see and feel alot of pisces energy from her, and i was thinking it would back up my theory on this since her sun wouldve progressed into pisces very quickly at a young age, much like my sun has into virgo very quickly.

she has neptune square venus, and neptune opposite asc, maybe that explains it, but it just seems to be more her identity.
