I made a horary chart asking, "should i give up hope?" and I am venus, the other person sun. If sun and venus are semi-sextile, what does that mean??

also, for this question saturn is in the first house. does this mean, yes i should give up hope or maybe no, but there will be a delay.

also! asc is 3 degrees.

is this a bad chart?

The good news is,
the question is premature

With Horary you only use major aspects.
