I believe we're all gods because we're are apart of the universe.
We are individuals but all our actions as a society if collective.
I think thats the rhythm of this universe and our existence

I don't believe in a being or beings that can manipulate the universe.
I believe universe dies and is reborn. The big bang was the birth but there will eventually be a death and the cycle continues. Just like reincarnation

Perhaps the higher power is the essence of the universe making sure things as a whole are running correctly.
Oh yeah the other part of the question , well Astrology is sort of the gears of the universe that keep life running, what makes us individuals and our purpose and role in this current carnation
