October 2011 is generally important because it ends Johan Calleman's "Spiritual Ascension" Period as per his understanding of the Mayan Long Count.
There is no end of Earth in 2011 or 2012 or anytime ever. The Planet Earth undergoes tremendous changes after every precession cycle of 26000 years, that is it.

I've been conciously having the symptoms since late Dec. 2010, and until the day when lying in bed I had an image of two lightstrands spiraling up my spine popped in my head I've never even heard something called Kundalini existed. Whatever.

I've had a small break but it's been getting stronger again ever since Me, Ma, Ve moved into Taurus and on 20th I've felt some kind of merging experience, buh, like something hugging me from inside, dunno hard to explain.

I am tired. Solar Plexus is burning like hell right now. Everytime I try to talk, or get some advice from someone, it's like Mercury retrograde. No reply.

so many people are waking up spiritually at the moment,and really almost no one knows that those interdimensional experiences are related to kundalini,thats why i like to bring this topic up quite often,i wanna make aware!for some people its a little bit of vision for someone else its an intense rush of energies...it is like mochai said,everyone experiences all of these in their own way!and more confusing is the fact that people always call these symptoms ascensionsymptoms,never mention kundalini...so lol...i was 28 years and i walked through the library,a book popped into my eyes,it was called:kundalinisymptoms,i took a fast look and thought,well whatever...then few weeks later i thought i am gonna die...cause i had a full blown kundalini rising without knowing i have it...so its always good to know what all of these stuff is about.you are also waking up and receive visions,if you dont have too much discomfort,then its a blessing i think,i even get jalouse lol )))kundalini hit me hard,and still sometimes it hits me hard started 2 years ago,but i still find it a great topic and willing to learn about it and educate others and right the planetary movements do influence all of these,maybe you can check your natal chart in correlation to those transits to get the clue..

Well don't get jealous too early.

The april break I got was probably also because emotionally I was at the end around 19th march and had a nervous breakdown. The weeks prior out of some totally weird reason I thought I was pregnant, and so logical evidence was against it, I couldn't shake that thought and ehr, my body was actually behaving like.

Add on top that I am sort of, in a way, in a heavy karmic relationship (non romantic, really, doesn't mean it isn't harsh on the emotions).

Add on top that I have random songs and thoughts popping up in my head. One time, I was hearings "mine, mine, mine" all day, another time I was starting to think marriage and I was like "wth, no way, where does that crap come from"

I am trying to stay calm, but it's hard not to consider that I am simply going crazy.

hi back Yrone!what you experience is not that crazy,everything crazy is something you must label crazy...others wise who is saying something is crazy?and what is normal?for me throughout my whole life,being crazy was never too much too handle,i find it a compliment,nothing in this world is crazy and often what we think of normal is more crazy than the real crazy...lol i am philosophic!luckily i ma readin a superempathic book that has taught me some special skills about how to handle the self,when the self is supersensitive.i know that mlots of what gets through to me is not from me,it exists but it is not necessarily my true self,it can be someone elses thought that you pick up...and becoming crazy is certainly part of the kundalini awakening process,for me the bodystymptoms were draining and the psychic phenomenon were lovely...so i can not tell why,and i know of someone who is schizophrenic since his teens,he is close to 40 by now....anyways i told him about kundalini and he was quite amazed,he could connect the dots and realize for himself that his psychosis started at the same time he got into buddhist chanting...whatever is causing the kundalini to rise,there is a messge in the whole story maybe spared only for later when you can comprehend fully why and how come,time will tell...maybe you could start meditation to calm yourself down and to accept yourself the way you are with all the rare stuff...

the problem isn't so much the Kundalini or the other psychic stuff in general, dreaming of J, dreaming of missing information, that's actually quite amazing and entertaining.

The problem is that most of it is connected to specific people, who frustrate the hell out of me in "reality". It's that ambiguity that makes me wonder if I am crazy and delluded.

You may be picking up on things psychically, or you may be clearing out your own psychic debris (going by what you described). You can try shielding or just relax. You might be opening to clairaudience too. The last few nights I keep finding myself having clairaudient conversations while in the hypnogogic state. If anxiety or emotional symptoms become too much, it may help to calm down and stop meditating or even any form of spiritual practice to integrate whatever you're going through along with eliminating any stress or work. It's hard for me, but in my visions I'm being told to not read anything for a while because the concentration of intellectual pursuits is too much for me until I can better integrate and balance the energies.

The frustrating part, the people who bother you, may be alluding to something kundalini wants to teach you. The easiest way to handle kundalini is universal unconditional love, which in my opinion and from my limited perspective is our natural state when we leave duality. Kundalini likes to bring up stuff to teach us, albeit sometimes in an obscure manner..

Lucie, I'm glad you found it helpful. I'm trying to keep social obligations to a minimum and half of the time I'm not capable of intellectual dialogue to be perfectly honest, but they can contact me through xxxxxxxxx if they wish. Many of the conclusions I came across from reading other people's work, but they are becoming very evident in my experiences in the people I meet or the personal stories or histories I read. I'd like to say they're my own but I do connect the dots between people's work when I can.

@Yrone,you can best shield yourself with a imagination(for some people this is hard to do) imagine you sit in a bubble that is your own space,no one and nothing is allowed to come in that space of yours,that is your sacred space...just imagine...you can fill that space with all the beauty of your heartdesire.sit with it and feel good and know that this technique can be utilized at any time,wehn you feel for a time out,just sit chill,close your eyes imagine!

Yrone, there are a ton of outlets for talking about these things. If you go to the Help and Support section of the kundalini awakening site I gave you and click links there are many groups you can talk about your experiences in. The Kundalini Awakening Group is extremely active. I'd recommend getting a new e-mail for it because it will fill your box.

One thing I've noticed kundalini to be good for, I find very spiritually oriented people who are exceedingly psychically gifted with no effort whatsoever. When I do need an open minded conversational partner to get stuff out without trying to impose their own definition on my experience (and I've noticed there are times when this has to take place to stay sane and oriented) one just manifests itself, and if they don't share my beliefs on it they end up being converted to clairvoyance and chakras as being an established fact and all the other weird stuff gets out and gets vented. It's very nice. Of course, I'm very scientific about a lot of it, which helps.

Lucie, I have seen 2077 AD in a 'future life' recall. Yep, I got one of that too, not many get this kind of "Out of Body" Experience.
So I am sure 2012 will not be bad news but more of an opportunity for change.

Oct 28 2011 is a valid Mayan calculation by Calleman. It is an opportunity to "plant your Seed" of High Consciousness/Ascension, and then get on with life as usual on Earth.

It is like the last date for all Souls who choose to make this their final Earth Incarnation in the normal 3D Earth. In the next lifeline, all those who desire a better Spiritual Life, and do some selfless acts by 28th October 2011, are sure to incarnate into 4D or 5D in the next lifeline. That is how I understand Calleman's theory.
