Person A's natal chart has Pluto on her libra ascendant opposite her jupiter. Person B has Amor opposite his moon. So in synastry, amor/pluto conjunction (her asc)is opposing a jupiter/moon conjunction on the descendant. What does this indicate?

*note* Person A also has her karma asteroid conjunct her pluto. What could the karma/pluto/amor conjunction in synastry indicate? Not sure if it matters, but person B’s own Pluto also opposes his own moon.
