My partner and I have 3 Yods in our composite chart. What do Yods signify when found in composites? I can only find information about them in natal charts. I am really hoping that someone can help me with this. I have been scouring the net for a long time to try and find information on it. Thank you in advance.The first Yod. The base is Venus (Pisces/1st house) and Jupiter (Taurus/3rd house) with the apex pointing to Saturn (Libra/8th house) The second Yod. The base is Neptune (Sagittarius/10th house) and Pluto (Libra/8th house) with the apex pointing to Jupiter (Taurus/3rd house) . The third Yod. The base is Neptune (Sagittarius/10th house) and Saturn (Libra/8th house) with the apex pointing to Jupiter (Taurus/3rd house). IP: Logged |

Hey i have a yod too but in a synastry chart. Someone pointed it out to me one time. I dont really understand it. But I also don't think it means much in my synastry chart haha.------------------

I have a yod in the synastry of my current partner. For me, it has been noticeable. His Mars doesn't make any major aspects to my personal planets but I always wondered why his Mars energy effected me so...well, personally lol. But his Mars forms a yod to my Moon and Venus. For me, I've found that his Mars is my dominant impression, that planet gets "singled out" so to speak (I always forget he's not an Aries), and also I can't perceive him with my Moon side without also perceiving him through Venus as well. His Mars is constantly activating that sextile I have in my natal chart.I'm not sure how to transpose this to a composite chart, but I would say with what I know that there might be a feeling of the quincunx planet being "versus" the sextile planets, maybe working at cross purposes a little. Like for example, with the first yod: Venus and Jupiter means that the romantic, Venus energies are being expanded and drawn out in vibrant colors...but with Saturn on the other side, maybe you are hyperaware of the presence of Jupiter and the affect it has, when normally you would just be enjoying the happy vibe of the relationship. Maybe, when things are happy and great for you, there's a little voice of doubt, or an opposing feeling simmering below the surface. That sounds a bit ominous, so look at it vice versa, maybe, when you are both channeling your Saturn energies, your aspected Venus and Jupiter sort of gang up on Saturn so that they can break free. There could be a sense that your the love in the relationship is on a higher level than the restrictions, hesitancy, and holding back the both of you sometimes have. Maybe you feel like, when you are holding back or disapproving, the romantic aspects seem to become even more vibrant than before. Since all three yods include Jupiter, I would brainstorm about how you two are feeling your Jupiter energy, and if you feel like your Jupiter can express itself freely and unopposed, or if you are hyperaware of it, or maybe you don't act on it enough. Or maybe it acts itself out despite your intentions. I hope this helps. IP: Logged |
