Is that neptune in the 12th? Maybe chiron in the 4th might mean a job at a hospice type place? He said my chart points to someone who would work for an NPO (or something similar) helping less needy. Maybe social service.

regarding what ami said...it also conjucnts your MC
it also conjucnts your sun, which may be able to be interpreted as making you feel complete?
i could be wrong, but ruler of 10th house is in the 9th house (scorpio)...which makes me think of teaching or traveling...
so maybe traveling and helping people, or teaching...or both :P??
pluto(your 10th house ruler) biqintiles your chiron..possibly meaning you would heal yourself as well (if you follow your 10th house stuff).
