The Capricorn rising one is right on for me! I was like LOL when I was reading it! I have an oval face; and a compact oval face and my features are sharp and my eyes are narrow-almodish and MY EARS WAS THE PART I LOLED AT ; i used to HATE MY EARS when i WAS LITTLE i'm learning to love them they used to be bigger tha nmy headXD but my head caught up and nwo they're small and pointed and i used to say that they made me look like some sort of mythical creature LOL. I used to be tall and skinny when i was younger but i started feeling out and im short and round but the weird part is that my arms and legs are still long and skinny XD IP: Logged |

SmilingHeart,You have a great smile and your eyes are full of light If it comes down between virgo or leo asc, my money is on leo. Your lion mane gives it away, and your energy looks happy  Virgo asc would have a scrutinzing look to them IMHO. I like your photographs. IP: Logged |

Hmmm I don't know... There's something earthy about you. The hair would have definitely made me say Leo rising though!
Which kind of made me think of something else: the way you have your hair, could tell a lot about your rising sign too. It reminded me of last year, when I had the most awful haircut I ever had in my life (sans the time when I was a child and had absolutely no say in haircut, those gave me a childhood trauma even  ) and every time I look at pictures of that time, I'd guess myself as a water rising. With my hair the way I want it now, I'd guess air... Even though my rising is none of the above. It kind of makes you wonder how easily one can manipulate someone's guess by consciously making physical changes to themselves!

Could earth somewhere else in the chart show in ones appearance too? Sun or Moon in earth for example. Do you think I look more like an [insert sign] with earth rising or like an erth sign with [insert element] rising.
I find this all really interesting. Since the connection between astrology and appearance is still very much debatable for most people.

I'm not sure. I was going to say Virgo rising at first because you did seem to emit a lot of earth but not "dark" or "heavy", if you know what I mean. The energy you have in your pictures does remind me of someone who has Virgo sun, and that's why I was inclined to Virgo, but sadly enough I don't know the rest of her chart. She might have had Leo rising too 
My dad has Virgo rising. He also has Capricorn sun and Aquarius moon and imho you do see a more dark and heavy earth in him, but he does seem to emit a certain happy energy still. My ex's older sister also has virgo rising, but I find it hard to pinpoint what energy she really emits. She has a whole lot in air, but her Pisces sun does seem to overpower everything.
I could post some pictures of my dad if you want (I'm sure he doesn't mind, just like I don't mind if someone posts any of me) but I'm not sure if I'm in any position to post some of my ex's sister. Somehow that just seems wrong to do... ------------------

Yes ,Gemini Rising would be Peter Pan. It is an impish look like ready for fun, an elfish feel lol------------------

Hmm hmm, I turned into a Gemini Rising then, cause in Oct last year I decided to die my hair fire orange-red and in Feb this year I decided to cut it pixie style and apart from a tad too much around the hip/butt area even figure wise I am sort of boyish now.IP: Logged |

Yes, your ASC can affect outward appearance. Though I would never say this to be 100% truth as genetics need to come in somewhere. Hmm, I am a Virgo Sun, too. Maybe I should have cleared that up before.
So I am either a leo asc or a Virgo asc conjunct Venus and Mercury.
It would be grear if you could put some pictures up! I actually don't know anybody with Virgo or Leo ascendant. So I can't compare...
