I looked at this complex problem many years ago, and made a prediction that a cure would be found with two and a half years.
I got the information from a site which I cannot find, though found this site states the date. At the time I rectified this chart to Aries rising, so can only go on that.
As you can see, 1st ruler is NEPTUNE is now in applying 90 to natal MARS. With transit MARS separating 140 to natal NEPTUNE.
The combined orb is -50. More important is the exact t.NEPTUNE in square to n.MARS.
The reason I look at them house rulers, is for the cure (12th house, if it is) or the end of something. Yes, this all depend on an accurate ASC, which I'm confident of having.
There have been many reports saying they have clear the disease from certain animals and an actual cure is on the way, though cannot comment any more on this subject.
