This.

I read that they were a Venus in Virgo and went, "Wtf?" They probably have a ton of their planets in the more public houses or something.

Yeah, I think there is a difference between:

- PDA
- Sex in a place where people might see you
- Sex in a place where you KNOW people will see you.

Those last two might sound like splitting hairs, but I think there is a difference between the risk-taking thrill of maybe getting caught versus getting off on people seeing/watching you.
