Topic: Intercepted Sings & Planets ... anyone got them???

Hello there!I'd love to know more about those people with Intercepted Sings & Planets, how do you feel personally about them, and how do you feel this has affected your life. My own experience, I've got 4 planets intercepted in Scorpio (Sun, Moon, Venus & Pluto) in the 5th house. The cusp of my 5th house falls in Libra, passes through Scorpio and ends up in Sagitarius where it falls the cusp of my 6th house.
As you can see, Scorpio sign is blocked, and leaving no way out for my 4 Scorpian Planets. I can tell you I've really felt always that there is something missing in my whole life! Don't know what it is! It feels as if my surroundings haven't given me the enough tools to develop my Scorpian Planets Nature, and I had to look up for them by myself! Anyone else would like to show their experience with interceptions?

Newbies signing up asking about asteroids and interceptions. I think they are being taught wrong in order to keep you lot wrong, either that or well disguised trolls. Leave this to me!  I have no interceptions because I use the correct house system, which is WHOLE SIGN or even equal house. Start using this house system. IP: Logged |

i realize this isn't exactly what you were asking, but have you considered looking at your chart from an equal house system.
(there would be no intercepted signs)
i did it with mine, and a couple of other peoples charts, and things just fall into to place so much better. although, that's just my preference...it may not be for everyone

I didn't know equal house systems did NOT have intercepted signs.
Which system has them? Thanks so much------------------

Yes, I've already tried the Equal House System, but I don't trust it at least of what it concerns about my life. In the Placidus system, my MC is in Pisces and obviously the 4th house is in Virgo which totally fits with the description of my Mother & Father and how they were with me as their son. In the Equal House system, my MC goes to Aries and 4th house to Libra, which doesn't fit at all with the personality of my parents. Furthermore, I am not exactly the type of Impulsive person (Aries) in terms of my career and things that the X house rules, I am more the type of Pisces... emotional, spiritual and sometimes confused!

spaceman, using Placidus I have 4 intercepted signs, in the 5th/11th and 6th/12th houses.
The articles I've read about intercepted signs are very accurate. I feel like the energies of the houses concerned are not expressed freely, and regroup two conflicting energies (those of the signs intercepted).
Sun, Mercury, Mars and Pluto are intercepted in Scorpio in the 6th, and Moon is intercepted in Virgo in the 5th.
That makes my personal planets all intercepted except for Venus. I can tell you what it feels like. Basically I feel like a vegetable. I seem to be unable to express all these energies, and they are just blocked. Emotions, sense of self, communication, action and power are all issues here.
It's like I don't have a real self.
I am just acting the way I'm supposed to act.
It's very difficult to find a real meaning to my life and myself. I too, feel like there's something HUGE missing. I don't know if this is really due to the intercepted planets though. Might be my afflicted Saturn. But anyway, a friend of mine told me she was reading a book which said that intercepted planets express themselves in a STRONGER way.
So who knows.
