OMG that sounds like me and 'my' pisces guy!

Mine was a sexual dream though

I feel like whenever we are texting each other, I'll say something 'nice', non sexual, or ask a question about him, and he just changes the subject and says something like for example ' Do you know the image I have in front of my eyes now? It's you, naked, and me doing... X,Y,Z...etc.'

I mean, it can be so frustrating! I'm trying to pick his intellectual side and he's wrting things like that - what reply am I supposed to give!

I understand what you feel because talking about those dreams was like talking about your feelings, your intimacy and he did not take it seriously, so it was frustrating for you. On the other hand, he may not have been in the right mood for talking about- or listening to- deep, serious, intimate matters. Joking, laughing, getting superficial or ironical is a way people find when they feel you’re getting too much serious for them. It is a normal reaction (not nasty).

I think it is more of a synchronization issue between the two of you, in particular because texting is a quite superficial way of communication as you get less information to communicate properly than in face to face communication. So you two have not understood each other because you two did not read properly the context.

LOL I agree with samsaoule "texting is a quite superficial way of communication" this here is your problem. I'd say it's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to talk "SERIOUS" when you're texting. You can't read the other person. He probably would have joked less if you were face to face. So simple solution. SAVE the serious stuff for when you're face to face. =)

A lot like my interactions with me and my Scorpio ex boyfriend-he reverted to age 15 when he discovered texting about 5 years ago and he is 50 this year. Nothing against texting but I hate it as a serious communication tool People will say what they will not say to you in person or at least over the phone verbally We have had the nastiest worst fights via text. Everything gets misinterpreted, misconstrued, you don't hear the inflection tone of voice etc.

Honestly I wish texting never existed-I cannot tell you how many times we have broken up via text-it's just too easy to do

Hmmm. I've experienced the Pisces' sarcasm before and that's exactly why I don't get along with Pisces people too well (male or female). They seem to always have something smart to say at inappropriate times.

I know I monday he's going to make a scene to get my attention and test to see if Im bad..
Because I cut him off, in the middle of texting.. I said I had things to do.. He kept saying.. no no come one tell me Im be good now and listen..
I said nah.. dont worry about it... I have some stuff to do..

hey lioness sorry to hear about what happened I had a picess co worker that always used to make things into a sexual. He didn't mean anything by it i think it was just his way of being sociable or getting comfortable i guess. its funny cause he was also single even though he had alot of female friends. i would ask him why he didnt date any of them and he used tell me it was cause he though he hadn't found a female with any substance? I would just laugh at him. good luck i hope turn things out well for you.
