Has anyone studied the chart for this day?

Anything that stands out?

Sun in IX
Moon in Ascendant
Mercury in IX
Venus in VIII
Mars in XI
Jupiter in II
Saturn in VII
Uranus in Ascendant
Neptune in XII
Pluto in Midheaven
Lilith in II
Asc node in VIII

I placed that chart in London..but really could be anywhere on Earth I suppose.?
