Donna Cunningham said somewhere that there's always chaos happening around people with this aspect (the hard aspect, mostly). She even went on to say that she's had to rearrange her whole schedule around everytime she's done a reading for one of these folks. I have the Square and I would have to agree. I've moved more times than I can count on two hands, every work place I've entered as an employee has either massively remodeled, gone to shiite from disorganization, or closed down. I'm also suppose to be Charge Nurse next week in Clinicals and that's the day they decide to change EVERY room number around in the facility. Yay. So...Mars/Uranus people: chaos...the story of your life? Yay or nay? IP: Logged |

I have the trine. I can't say that I find that true for me. I'm trying to think about it.....maybe to other people I appear disorganized?? But definitely not chaotic. At least I don't think so! IP: Logged |

I have the trine too, and while I don't think I usually CAUSE chaos, I do think that a lot of really crazy/strange things happen to me that seem fairly chaotic. However, oddly enough, these are usually either good/chaotic/strange situations OR I always end up with good enough luck that I walk away from the bad/chaotic/strange situations without any hugely terrible repercussions. Of course, Jupiter is also involved in this configuration... IP: Logged |

What about as a conjunct? Anyone experienced it as a transit? Was it was it hard, or not too bad?IP: Logged |

Good Post!I have the square, We were constantly on the move in my childhood. I don’t tend to be accident prone as this aspect often signifies. I can’t plan anything to save my life, I’m more a fly by the seat of my pants gal. My daughter recently told me that I like conflict. She’s probably right.

We moved around a lot when I was a kid. As much as I've enjoyed some stability, I grew so used to moving, that I've felt stuck for a while now.I don't like conflict, and I used to have a lot of focus - it disappeared on me, some years back (probably when transiting Uranus visited all sorts of my planets). I keep getting the rug pulled out from under me, and I'm sick of it. I try to enjoy things being 'boring' as much as I can, because most shake-ups have tended to be bad ones. Or maybe I've just lost my ability to roll with the punches. I'm tired of it, though. IP: Logged |

I know someone with the square, she lived until she was 12ish in Europe then moved to the US and moved around one state for a bit then moved across the country and moved many times where she is now and she is just in her early twenties. So that's a yeah for her. I have the conjunction. I have moved semi alot, but nothing to complain about. Not like her.IP: Logged |

Well that's what I actually meant. The person doesn't set out to be unstable, they may even want to live an uneventful existence. But the energy from this aspect generates chaos around them, unconsciously.

I forgot that Mars rules my IC so various moves during life would make sense. I guess I wanted to see if this aspect generated instability around the owners as well. It seems more common with the hard aspects. I hate conflict myself, but I do have a bad temper and it comes out when I think someone is really overstepping their boundaries, insulting my intelligence (trying to pull the wool over my eyes), or taking advantage of my helping nature. @CosmicKarma: I actually have T-Uranus about to conjunct my natal mars too. I may not feel it because I already have a Mars/Uranus aspect? Sorry, I can't really tell you what its doing to me.
@Winter: I'm terrible at planning things, no matter what my Virgo Moon says. I always just want to go in there and do it instead of mapping things out first. It seems to drive Cardinal and fixed people craaazy too.
@Teasel: I think because you have Uranus on an angle, it makes the aspect more unsettling. My earth moon would've loooved one HOUSE to stay in for a long but that never happened. I can say I currently feel "stuck" right now too, but I think its my situation at the moment.

My natal 5H Leo Mars/7H Scorpio Uranus are forming an applying/waning square within 2 degrees of each other. It may be due to other chart events, or the fact that both are fixed signs, but I don't feel particularly “surrounded by chaos”. All the chaos I experience is of my own creation. I have moved so much I am basically nomadic, I change jobs often (mostly due to frustration with a discovered injustice within the company, lack of appreciation, or boredom). The only time I feel my external world is “out of control chaotic” is in large crowds. I love one on one interactions, or even small groups of 3 – 5, but large crowds often make me feel like I'm having a reaction to being lynch mobbed in a past life. It feels like, at any moment I could come to harm. A bit odd.IP: Logged |

Yep - if I had more freedom, then I would be fine (and if this place were my own - it isn't). I don't want to lose it, and I loved the stability for a long time, but I also wanted to stretch my own wings. I had images in my head of my own little place, my own house on some land (but not being stuck), but other things happened, and I'm now in "WTF?" territory. IP: Logged |

Caysee Anthony the sociopath? LMAO. Okay not so funny, I think she's despicable and after watching 5 minutes of that trial, if she gets a 'Not Guilty' verdict it'll be because the Prosecution fails at life. I don't even know what direction they're going with that mess.

oh YES. i have a square. my mother warned me that i'm accident prone, but luckily that's not really the case. i got hit by a train when i was eight, i broke the train. chaos follows me. nothing is just peaceful and ordinary. it's good that i'm a heavy Sagittarian, otherwise i don't think i'll have the nerve to endure every single time. did you mention moves? i moved more than a several times as a child, my parental right changed a few times. since a teen, i lived in 3 continents in different countries and cities, and for some years i moved at least every 2-3 months. sometimes only after 1 month. i'm ready to settle... ugh. but i bet once i settle i won't be able to stand it...! Yeah, I can imagine it would be easier for someone predominantly air or fire to handle. I have to admit its verrry unsettling for my water and earth. I'm almost a hermit because of it, I need to find something to stay constant in my life...LOL. IP: Logged |

I have Mars conjunct Uranus (orb 0.32). I like doing things in an unconventional, unusual and original way; I consider rules to be more more like guidelines (a la Jack Sparrow - btw Johnny Depp also has this conjunction) and I generally only buy into rules if I think they make sense. I can be very unpredictable. My energy (and passion) levels are erratic - when it is running hot I feel electric, but I can switch off just as quick! My life can get a bit chaotic at times, but this can change suddenly to military orderliness. Either way my style of doing things usually has a unique twist to it, often incorporating something hi-tech. I don't really do routines well. Men who are attracted to me generally are fast moving, contraversial, rebellious, and like dangerous hobbies.IP: Logged |

@taineberry....that is sooo me as well. Unless there is a good rationale behind a rule (ie. infection control, safety) then the rule is up to interpretation. And Ugh, i used to attract alot of 'free spirits' not too long ago. Loved their spontaneity.....hated their otherwise selfish personality. Im so over that kind of guy.IP: Logged |

My mother and my sister have this aspect. I can't say their life is especially chaotic, but my sister butts heads with a lot of people. She's very overreactive and to say cheese is high in saturated fat casually might start WW3 with her. It's very frustrating. I go to school for personal training, she tries to run when she's 30 lbs overweight with lots of psychosomatic tension and a back injury and I try to politely tell her it's dangerous, she gets angry again, then it's like the soviet cold war stand off, albeit mainly one sided. Six months down the line she's injured again and can't even run now and may never be able to. I love her but.. it's so hard. I can't have a relationship with my sister. She's so reactive, cold and angry all the time blaming and pulling other people down so she can have some sort of power. My mom has it by less than a degree.. I think it's applied and I moved maybe 20 times before I was 18. They both tend to have relationship problems. Neither of them can admit fault although my sister can actually say the word sorry moreso. Then me personally (I have the sextiles) I moved maybe 10 times after 18. Uranus is in my 4rth house and sextile IC with equal housing. IP: Logged |

Hmmm, I have found myself doing what I want even after being told "no". Trying to change this in some ways, but its like I said earlier: some things are up to intepretation.
