Hi, this topic was made just for me, wasn't it?Thank you! Anyway, onwards we go. I have Mars/rising conjunction very tight, almost like a the perfect glove on a hand or those wonderful fitting jeans, at 0°26 degree orb, almost exact! I hope I can feel this energy more in the future as I think it has a lot of potential, being in capricorn. I think this one single aspect makes me "so Mars" as Mars is, if I remember 2nd strongest (3rd at the least) planet for me, only behind Saturn. But, if you have this aspect especially with such a tight orb, would you not feel totally Mars? I think even more especially since my Mars is in 1st house, which seems to be a nice natural place for Mars, it makes me eveeeennn more Mars like. Do you by any chance have Mars in 1st house? Anyway, I think if you have other favorable placements and aspects, this should make you a driven, dedicated person. A hard worker in your job. Maybe things do not come naturally to you but you "plug away". I think the Mars/rising folks are the ones who are in the gym shooting freethrows until 3 am (gym rats as they are known) or the one perfecting that poster in the class they are so interested in. Especially for me since my mars and rising is in cap which adds a little extra "hard working" flavor. I think depending on what sign is in these two, it will add THAT flavor. So if in libra, you add that little extra "oomph" to being a good bf/gf or in relationships and harmony in general. But the downside: I think Mars/rising conjuncts need to make sure that when they think they are just adding extra energy, they are not imposing. That they are not too forceful at work (cap) or too imposing to their bf/gf or friend (libra perhaps). We need to learn to balance this energy, not seem too, perhaps pushy is the right word, even if we think we are NOT pushy and feel we are just getting what we want without harming others..others might not see it that way? Just my idea of the blended mars/rising energies. Mars is a strong planet, especially if it is in something like aries and when it makes aspects, especially a tight one like mine to rising, I think it can leave a strong mark on the person. D'ohhhhh!I got so excited I did not see "synastry" but I will leave what I wrote up. D'ohhh... In synastry, I am not as versed, but I think this would make for an energetic couple. Others can sense the electricity between you. Just be careful, as I said previously, not to be too forceful with each other, or too imposing as this can be a negative of the aspect. Used in a good way, I think two people can accomplish a lot (I imagine this is even better for a business partnership). In a relationship, at best, I imagine there could be a lot of shown (not hidden) passion.

Not quite Mars on the AC, but Mars on the DC = other people around us could cut the tension between us with a knife! (we were told often!) You could almost actually see the attraction between us. This also conjuncted my MC.AC I think would make it more personal rather than external. IP: Logged |

I was just asking this because one of my closest guy friends from college confessed that if I wasn't in a relationship, he would so consider a relationship with me..we always play fought in college and were affectionate with each other but it never crossed any lines. I was surprised by his admission..really caught off guard and no, I am not acting on it. But when I looked at our charts, I didn't see huge attraction, but we have Mars con asc exact. he is the mars. we have other great things like his sun on my NN and his sun trine my venus....but nothing that scream SEXUAL attraction! Irritation may be..
Someone' Mars conjuncted my AC and sun , I feel that person is really too hot and wake me up from my bordome stage.
It was shock-at -the first sight we've met . That I couldn't resist the feeling and I don't know how can I react with this overly emotional moment. It's like somethings hit my head really hard. I think he feel it too , then we avoid each other for now 3 months ...we must do so because we both are unavailable ..hmmmm 
Otherwise when that bedazzling moment is gone , it will left only a hot synastry.Btw , his uranus is widely conjunct my sun too. IP: Logged |

I have a Mars direct on DC with my love "problem". He has his, in the natal chart, tight angle on AC and because our AC-AC is in opposition with very tight orb his Mars is touching my DC direct....To add, my Lilith is there as well so she makes conjunction with his Mars and AC orb 2°23..ah yes, on the opposite his chiron is direct on my AC and is conjuncting his DC. I dont want to hijack this tread but I am very curious how you astro folks think this plays out and who feels what, who feels stronger...just for your info we had a fight over a month ago, he iced me out and now I wait , wait to see when I would forget him..or if he would come back eventually :/...The whole thing drives me nuts. Her Mars was 1 degree from my AC, my Mars was in her fifth. Didn't work out, but it did motivate me to be better, until I began to feel indignant.Quite a few people I met recently have Mars in my 1st. Get along with them quite well, but not to the point of attraction. pocaloca: Not a relationship expert, but would encourage you to move on. I actually have the exact same synastry with Pocaloca!! But I don't know this person well enough to know how it plays out :/ Curious to know though.
